    My wife & I contracted with Custom Creations to remodel our kitchen in Fall 2019. We found Custom Creations through Home Advisor and selected them after evaluating several other contractors. While the price quote from Custom Creations was consistent with our other estimates, Custom Creations won our business by being thorough, communicative, and responsive to us during our evaluation. Our kitchen remodel project was extensive...demolition to the studs, modification to water plumbing, running in natural gas, under counter and in-cabinet lighting, new cabinets, new appliances, new counter, and a large backsplash covering exposed walls. Custom Creations projected a 3 month timeline to complete the work, accounting for interruptions due to Thanksgiving and Christmas. Custom Creations continued to be thorough, communicative, and responsive at all points during the project, and were professional and pleasant to work with.

    Steve took on our complex building project and managed it all with competence, excellent communication throughout by email, phone, text and in-person, and an always friendly, unflappable and positive disposition. It was a big job, rebuilding most of our 2800-square foot home after severe water damage. We had a multi-faceted project that required coordinating with town and insurance inspections and with our bank in addition to all the other moving parts of an extensive construction job. Steve provided a collaborative approach, attention to detail, excellent and prompt communication, patient and helpful explanations and conversations, specificity and thoroughness from proposal to every aspect of execution. He offered suggestions and ideas and advocated for best value on our behalf. He is held in high regard by previous clients with whom we checked and with the vendors and subs he selected for involvement in our project who spoke so well of him. We were especially pleased with his reliable and prompt responses to our questions and logistical inquiries. Though his own company is fairly new, he has many years of experience and deserves his growing fine reputation.
