They failed to fulfill their contract with us, not completing the agreed on work, then wanted to charge us to complete the contract. Also a number to the trees they sold us died within 4 months, but they wouldn’t warranty them.

I used Tibbett's for one season. They didn't communicate well, I didn't really know when they were coming more than a day ahead of time. They also brought the wrong amount of mulch at first and so needed to come back across a whole day to get the job done. However, their service was decent in end result and pricing so I was going to use them this year.

Twice I called them and twice they gave me estimates of when they were coming. They failed to come both times when they said and so even given a month lead time the yard was not ready in time for my outdoor party.

I can't work with that level of unpredictability and time estimation so will be using a different service from now on.

Tibbetts Landscaping does a great job taking care of our landscaping needs. We are very satisfied with how efficient, polite, and knowledgeable the crews are, and how well they work as a team to give us the best service possible. We are happy to have found such a great company to take care of our landscaping needs.

Tibbetts did an outstanding job on Fall cleanup. My yard was full of leaves, some of them floating in puddles around my property. Their crew spent the time to clear all of the leaves and left my property in great condition. Fantastic crew. Hard working. Highly recommended.

They did a great job refreshing our small back yard. They expanded our patio area with new pavers, built a new retaining wall, and resodded. The whole project was done quickly and professionally.

J&E did a wonderful job on my spring cleanup. They came on time.... took care of everything we discussed and all at a great price. As a new customer.. I highly recommend them !!

We were optimistic at first because they were quick to come out for an estimate and had good reviews online. However once we gave the down payment communication was lacking. They showed up for our job, stayed less than one minute then drove away without even knocking on our door to talk to us. Then we got a text asking for $1500 more than what we signed the contract for even though we hadn’t changed a thing! He knew we were having a shed installed on Monday and needed the job done before that and told us good luck getting someone else to do it before then and that we should just pay. We were completely shocked and this ruined our plans both on our home and our personal lives, but he did not care at all. Would not recommend to anyone. Luckily we found someone great who once we told this story to them helped us out in time and for less money!

Agree with the review below. Emailed the owner with a big project for a brand new patio, pool coping, retaining wall etc. Emails back with one sentence asking me for the design and details and I oblige with a highly descriptive email and corresponding documents for the pool setbacks/design. Then he goes silent. Waste of time.

Great work on our front yard! Installing pavers, removing old concrete walkway, filling and grading the empty space. Fair price. High quality work. Will be using these guys for all our landscaping projects in the future. Definitely recommend.
