Incredible service! I called C&C Temp Control very late on a Friday afternoon after learning the a/c at my parents’ house had not been working for days! They are elderly and not having a/c in this heat was worrisome. I called C&C at a friend’s recommendation and provided the details to their after-hours message service – a live person mind you not a machine. Within 30 minutes a technician named Sami called me and we worked out the specifics about my parent’s situation. He arrived a short while later and the a/c was up and running shortly thereafter! I could not have asked for a better outcome nor more professional and courteous service from all involved parties. I would highly recommend C&C!!

in 2014 C&C Temp Control installed a mini-split system in our house, for our sunroom, that allowed us to use the room 12 months of the year. What a difference it has made in our use of that space! We were so pleased with the experience, that in the Fall of 2019, we asked Bob and his team to replace our 30+ year old furnace. Bob came to our house, did a site review and presented us with an assortment of options that would address our needs. His team was respectful of our house and made sure to keep us up to date with any issues or concerns that we had. We recommend C&C Temp Control whenever the topic of heating system maintenance, repairs or upgrades comes along.

Joe and Matt did a great job installing our heating system and AC. They were both very professional, hard working, courteous and did a great job! I would highly recommend them and your company to anyone looking for work to be done. My wife and I are very happy with the install and about having working heat and AC again!

CC Temp Control is the worst. Their technicians arrived at 10 am on Dec 21 to clean my furnace, which was working fine and not leaking, to change out the furnace filters. They were in and out all day, removing and installing parts they said were broken or clogged, but which were not defective in any way. By the time they left at about 5 pm, after creating a disruptive day, my furnace had shut down, the heat was off and I was in a heating emergency, the digital thermostat had gone blank and would not work, the furnace pump was leaking water on the floor, they had removed the zoning board circuitry and the digital thermostat without permission or discussion, and they had left unconnected wiring hanging from the furnace. They also left pieces of metal, wiring, packing material, plastic, dirty fingerprints, and dirt all over my bathroom sink and floor, the thermostat, my walls, my carpeted stairs, and the mechanical room floor. The techs were not trained or licensed in the electrical work they performed without permission, and they were not competent even to perform the basic furnace maintenance without damaging the furnace - they kept calling their boss for instructions. They then refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes, saying that my furnace and the thermostat, which were working fine before they arrived, were faulty. Not true - nothing was wrong when they arrived. They broke and damaged my equipment during the visit. What a disaster, what a mess! Do not use this company.

I just had Tommy and Alex install mini splits at my residence. They were neat friendly and courteous. I use C&C professionally also and it is always the same. Highly recommended both personally and from a business side.

I have worked now with Bob at C&C for a couple of years. He and his team installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my home and it was done professionally and I could not be more happy. Today I had service done with Sami and he was so professional- great to have his level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and quality of work.

We had no heat and CC Temp Control came within the same day to service us. Jeremy was the tech. he found the issue and replaced our thermostat. all was complete in an hour! This company is very efficient. Jeremy was very professional and experienced. i would recommend them in a heartbeat! 5 Stars !!!!

One of the greatest HVAC system around Worcester area. I like the fact that when giving me a quote they actually stopped and listen what where my concerns and what I wanted for my house as opposed to other companies that try to impose their design on you. They gave me multiple options and let me choose what best fit my needs. When it comes to the installation Ben and Jared was great they took the time to answer all my question and concerns and they addressed all the concerns I had right there on the spot. If you are looking to install or replace you HVAC system I would say give this company a call before making your final decision. They installed my new central air system, which I thought wasn’t possible at my house, and I also used them to replace my oil tank.

They installed a ductless mini-split system for me in early September. I have been testing it out before writing. Has been working as expected with no problems. The salesman and installers were very responsive to my needs, installation was on schedule and done well. Their price was the best of the 5 estimates I got for the same equipment. Jared and Ben were great and did a super job - would recommend this company to others.
