I’ve been a C&C customer for a few years and just had a great experience with Jared. Had furnace problems on a Saturday morning, called C&C and they connected me Jared. We were able to troubleshoot via FaceTime and get the issue resolved quickly. Highly recommend C&C.

I was very pleased with the installers on the central A/C installation we put throughout our house. The system looks and works great ! No more window shakers!

Wanted to give a shout out to C&C Temp Control! We had no heat or hot water on one of the coldest days this winter! Not only did my email to Bob & Katie get answered right away, but a service tech was sent out first thing on his way into the office. Mike Legere was very knowledgeable and made the experience so much less stressful than I made it seem. lol. Great customer Service! Highly recommended!

The entire process from getting a quote to installation was a smooth and easy process with C&C Temp Control. Bob took a 3D scan of my entire home to get an accurate square footage so the correct size heat pump system could be quoted to replace my central air system. Katie then did all paperwork for me to Mass Save; saving me the time not having to fill out the online forms to downloading the necessary documents to the website. Then once Mass Save approved my submittal, all I had to do was to go to my bank, get my interest free loan approved and schedule my installation. Both installers, Tyler and Mason, arrived as scheduled, were polite, professional and kept me apprised each day of their progress. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and when they completed the installation Tyler took the time to review what I needed to know to run the system and its thermostat. I highly recommend C&C Temp Control for all your heating and AC needs!

We had been having issues with not having hot water. We had two other companies come and look at our furnace and told us nothing was wrong. I will tell you taking a lukewarm shower in the winter is so wrong. 🥶 We decided to call C&C, Mason arrived right on time and was very professional. It took him a matter of minutes to find the problem and fix it. In less than 30 minutes we had pipping hot water again. Mason was also great with our 3 giant dogs. Thank you C&C and Mason!

I had a central air install heating and cooling and was happy with the entire process. Kris scoped the job out with fair competitive pricing and put together a quote I was looking for. Both Tracy’s answered all calls and put together the pieces in between scheduling an install date and getting the finances through Greensky to get the job started promptly. Ben and Jared hooked up the condenser outside, duct work, and furnace/air handler up in the attic looked very clean - very easy to communicate with throughout the week. They were timely and clean. Mason tied the gas line up to the furnace and tucked the exposed pipes away nicely. Very pleased with the finished system, we have central AC just in time for summer. First thing first, amazing service, installation teams, and coordination. Hired a whole house HVAC job to C&C and already calling them back for a new hot water heater. I would recommend them to anyone who asks for HVAC/Plumbers in the area, happily.

We asked for a quote for upgrading heating system in our rental. Supposed to be free quote and they didnt come to check, but then suddenly we got a bill 2 months later for hour of work? This is not appropriate

I wish I could give 10 stars. My furnace broke and they got someone out there almost immediately. The fix was fast and affordable. The tech showed up exactly on time and was so pleasant. I recommend 100%

C and C temp Control recently completed a conversion at our home from Oil Heat and Hot Water to a Heat Pump with Propane backup and a tankless propane hot water system. This project included the removal of the existing furnace, oil tank, and hot water boiler, and installation of all the new components. We can't say enough about the quality of the work done by Mike and Tyler, their professionalism, and commitment. Just prior to this job, we completed extensive renovations to the basement where they were working and they successfully navigated moving equipment, tools, old tanks, etc. in and out without harming any of the new carpeting, walls, etc.
We are enjoying our new, quiet heat and endless hot water and look forward to a cozy, and cost effective winter. Thank you again!

R. Fresolo was exceptional!!! We had a rather large heating/boiler systems replaced including complicated plumbing, mixing valves, radiant heating and a whole host of other modifications. It was clear throughout that the team of guys are extremely experienced plumbing and heating professional tradesmen hands down!!. From day 1 and throughout the entire job they kept us informed every step of the way. They made sure our household was minimally interrupted. The guys checked in continuously with everyone in our family making sure everyone was comfortable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for large or small jobs! By far the most positive and professional experience!
