I have worked with Rocky for 26+ years. It began when I needed assistance reinstalling a toilet after the installation of a new tile floor. Since then his Installed and maintain bathrooms in two properties and old sewer lines. They are professional and feel like a part of my community.

Rocky and his team really worked with me to complete a very tight and complicated washer/dryer install. So happy with results! It wasn’t an easy job but he didn’t overcharge and made it work! This is why I’ve been a client of his for years!!

Changed from oil to gas needed a whole new system. Rocky Fresolo and the men that work for him were very professional and courteous. Answered all the question and always explained what they were doing. The whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need. I will be using them for years to come for the maintenance of my system.

We have used Rocky for installation of a new gas furnace and water heater and he work and professionalism were both excellent! He also helped out with two plumbing emergencies: once when we had some rotted pipes and water shut off and once when we had clogged pipes and sewer leakage. We were very pleased all three times and highly recommend this business!!!

Had been without heat & hot water for weeks waiting on another company that kept postponing the job, called Fresolo & I had heat & hot water within a matter of days because I needed a whole new system in which I knew of, Darren & Rodney came & spent the whole day working nonstop to install a new system & very professional, very clean about the job & I can honestly say the nicest guys I have ever had work in my home. Very honest and professional, the team did a great job and worked very hard doing a new boiler and hot water tank install, also helped with an unforeseen plumbing issue the same day. Rocky and his team genuinely care about the customer's needs and wellbeing. Highly recommend this company.

High efficiency furnace installed Dec 2021. Customer service was not the greatest then however my home needed heat and this organization was most available.Now Jan 2023 there’s a bad pump within. Life expectancy no where near met. Was contacted by Rocky for resolution and he became nothing but defensive and had the “not my problem” attitude which led to confrontation. Not only was this furnace cash paid, he never had the required city inspection completed. If you’re looking for smooth friendly customer service do not go there.

Extremely reasonable prices compared to other companies in the area (received some hugely inflated quotes prior) and no pressure from Rocky to commit to a proposal unlike some other companies in the area who were just too pushy.. especially regarding installation of the ductless mini split system. Like the fact that the company is small. Rocky has done work for us before and I have always found him to be trustworthy and honest. Darren and Rodney installed a tankless hot water heater and new steam furnace in December. They completed the work in 2 days and did an absolutely amazing job ,we are extremely pleased with the system ( and our lower gas bill of course !) and will be calling on Fresolo Plumbing without question for any of our plumbing needs in the future. Can't say enough.

Today this morning I met Rodney. He's very professional, kind and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the work that he was doing and also educated me in things to look for in my boiler water levels etc to make sure that everything runs smoothly and offer his services for the future, just in case anything happens. Rocky, I am pleased with the electric heat pump system that was installed. Rodney who installed the unit was very good on answering all my questions,very polite, and very knowledgeable. also Jose the electrician was a bonus to the job. you should be very proud of having such good men on your team.

Rocky and his employees were extremely helpful to work with. Response time was prompt, and they were able to service our home first thing the following morning. The employee was very professional and respectful in my home, made sure I was happy with his work, and cleaned up after himself before leaving.

Can’t say enough about Rocky - absolutely fantastic. My boiler was broken and though he wasn’t able to get to my house he stepped away to get on face time with me -to
troubleshoot and assist. He got my hot water back on and I can’t thank you enough!

I have been doing business with Fresolo Plumbing for 15+ years. Today, I had a leak in my heating system flooding half the basement. The increased pressure in the heating system caused pressure to increase in the toilet. A leak developed in the toilet with water coming out if the ceiling.

Two friendly and knowledgeable plumbers came within a couple hours. They identified the problems and explained what work needed to be done. Their work was excellent. The work areas were neat and clean. The cost was reasonable for the amount and quality of the work completed.

If you are looking for hvac services do not use this company. They will do everything in their power to hide the true cost of things from you and will charge you insanely high prices. I was forced to use them because of mass save and feel as though I have been robbed. Extremely unprofeasional.

Glad I found Mid-State Air in Worcester, MA when searching for an HVAC company. They're a great local family company I enjoy doing business with and refer to those needing help with their HVAC systems.

I recently hired Mid-State to install a new propane forced air system. They were always available through the process to answer any questions. They were always on time, neat, curious and professional. I am very happy with the product and service they provided and would gladly recommend them to family and friends.
