I highly recommend JJ Bafaro Inc. because they are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recently had to replace my hot water tank because it was leaking. The technician did some research on the serial number and found that it was still under warranty. I had a new tank installed the same day. We were thrilled that we did not have to pay for a new one. The other thing that stands out to me is how responsive they are when you call. Their customer service is excellent.

Want to thank Joe Bafaro and his staff of pros. I called them at 7am with no heat or hot water when the temp was 8 degrees out with a 30 year old boiler, the guys were at my house by 730 that morning. I decide I wanted to replace the boiler, they had the new one there next day at 7am by noon the new one was installed and making heat and hot water. Again thanks guys.

After a quick consultation, the technician efficiently installed our new thermostat. In less than an hour, everything was up and running smoothly.

In my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone; they are dishonest and caused me a loss of US$2400.

Ed outright cheated my client off her money.
We called him for a repair of the heating system, we identified the gas valve as the issue, to which we agreed for him to replace it.
He sent us and invoice, came in to replace it, but after he left, we noticed the same old gas valve was installed.
After back and for arguments he acknowledged that he would ref7nd the money for the new part that was not installed, but first he need to return the gas valve he never installed to get a refund from the vendor.

Plain dishonest and I would never recommend him to anyone.

I got home from vacation to a broken AC unit. I called Air Care Cooling and Heating during a busy summer holiday weekend and he was available to help within hours. This repair needed to happen ASAP, so when Klevis called asking if he could come 30 minutes earlier than we had scheduled I was beyond happy. This is a great local business and I will definitely be using for any future HVAC needs and recommend to my family and friends!

They replaced my central air outside compressor and replaced my thermostat. Very speedy and great service. I highly recommend them!

They estimated to replace the whole heat system in $12000 even it was not needed to replace,left the gas valve shut down and ask me to wait but the other guy came in and fix the problem in $150 . Can you believe the technicians were only making money , so disappointed 😞
