I cannot thank Ian enough. Came out within 30 minutes of an early Sunday morning call. Figured out the issue and is scheduling the solution for the same week. Finally a company that answers the phone and helps when in need. They will be our new and only HVAC and plumber.

I felt compelled to leave this review as I never had such a great experience when it came to resolving plumbling issues. Our water heater went on Tuesday and we happened to noticed right away around 2:38 p.m., my husband called Reliable and they came out right away. They were here around 3:10p.m. same day. Hunter was extremely professional, easy to communicate with him, personable, very knowledgeable. They never asked for a service call fee, he immediately told us the price, recommended a better product. We immediately said to go ahead and within 45 minutes he was back with a new water heater. He promptly installed it, hawl the old one out to take with him and cleaned after himself. He was prompt and efficient. He replaced the copper pipe that had multiple welding from how many times the water heater had been replaced. He also replaced few valves. It looks clean and professional. After installation he explained everything about the water heater and how to trouble shoot different scenarios. He was done by 6 p.m. I have to say, I was very impressed with how prompt and efficient they were (specially Hunter) to resolve our problem. Highly recommend!!!!!

I contacted Reliable HVAC after discovering water leaking from my furnace/AC. Assuming a faulty condensate pump, I requested a repair. Ian responded and replaced the pump. However, he left without testing or confirming that the leak had stopped. Unfortunately, the water continued even after he left. I was billed $235, but the issue wasn’t resolved. I was overcharged for incomplete work and left without an actual solution. When the issue continued, I investigated further and discovered a block of ice had formed around the evaporator coils. All of this was visible and diagnosable with basic HVAC troubleshooting, which the technician did not perform. If you’re seeking truly reliable service, I recommend looking elsewhere.

We called this company due to our oil burner going out at 9pm. Sami was very professional and very friendly. He came out in 15 minutes even though it was after work hours. He was very reasonably priced and didn't leave until he figured out the problem. He didnt charge us a ridiculous amount like other companies for emergency maintenance. I highly recommend him to anyone. Fantastic customer service.

Very professional and polite service, big help for my house. After I brought the house , the old heating system has issues, Sam always come to help as soon as he can. And always can fix the problem. I would say this is the best HVAC service!

So pleased with the work Sam did for us! He came out multiple times to make sure we had heat over the cold holiday week and his price was very reasonable. We will definitely call him again if needed in the future!!

Highly recommend Sam for any plumbing or HVAC job. Very professional, honest, sincere and most importantly reasonable. I recently called him for installing new shower plumbing and a plumbing repair for a bathroom sink. Not only did he do a great job but also explained to me in depth about the various components of my HVAC equipment and tested for any leaks on the gas pipes in my basement for free.. also instead of just using cheap pvc product for my drain, he used high quality ABS material and explained its benefits. He's on my speed dial now..

Sam came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed my central a/c which decided it wanted to take a break for a few days in July. Professional, personable and reasonably priced.
Used them again in 2024 for furnace. Still great..

I had no heat in one of my units. After calling Sam on saturday, he called me back right away and was at my house as soon as possible. He ordered the parts and arrived on time to perform what he told me he would do and he fixed my problem. Very professional, courteous and respectful of my home. Reasonable prices! FIVE STARS.

Had a heating problem and Sam was over in less than 30 minutes. Came by told me the furnace had an electrical issue that needed to be addressed by an electrician. Didn’t charge me anything. He is extremely fair and understanding. Sam if you’re reading this thank you for last night. The furnace’s electrical problem has since been fixed and we are extremely thankful for your part in helping us.

This was the 2nd time I call Sami for help. My A.O. Smith water heater had problem (it was under the warranty), but I need a plumber to contact the A.O. Smith company and get the unit for me. I did called couple different plumbers, one charges me ridiculous price, the other says I need to get the unit then call him. However, Sami responded me in same day and called the A.O. Smith right away. He told me as soon he receives the unit he can schedule the installment even can be done after my work. Sami showed up couple days later, he was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He and his crew know what to do and performed excellent jog. After approximating an hour, he changed the broken unit with a brand new one and make the water heater running. The fee he charged was very reasonable (I will say the BEST in the town). My wife and I were very pleased by his job. Highly recommend Sami. I have copied Sami’s contact info. to my co-workers and told them they can trust him. The best plumber in Worcester!

I cannot even believe how Amazing this guy is! Sam got to my house in literally 6 minutes after I called him. He solved my problem immediately and was like the most personable HVAC plumber I have met. If you have an HVAC issue then trust in Sam. I sure do now.

Sam is great! I called him to fix a leaking tub and he noticed safety problems with the tub faucet that could hurt my one year old. Sam fixed the issue on the spot. He was quick, courteous, professional, and very trustworthy. Highly recommended!

First OFF I would like to start this review by saying that for a person like myself who is pretty internet savvy and always like to read reviews of any service or material that I purchase. SO obviously I had done the same in this case. Sam's HVAC had 11 reviews and all were 5 STARS and all had nothing but good to say BUT in my case I would have to say that Sam is simply AMAZING! The customer service to the job that he rendered was truly OUTSTANDING! Our 18 year old AC Condenser in our Shrewsbury home went and I called Sam and not only was he great to respond to the call but also was able to get us on the schedule quick!! He provided some great insight on why and how this unit served it's time. Upon looking at a dead unit we found that our furnace was also going to go soon as it has been serving for 18 years as well so the best bet and best deal would be to do both at the same time and be good on the AC/Heating front. Sam pricing is not only best in the market but also you can't beat the service that this guy provided. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone and EVERYONE!

My upstairs AC was not working on a hot June day so I looked up a few HVAC companies on google. I went with Sam due to great googole reviews and reasonable dianostic price. Sam and his helper was great to work with. Very knowledgeble with AC unit. I would recommend Sam to anyone that needs AC service. I will recommend them to the neighborhood also.
