Ismeal did a great job installing a new furnace and an outdoor central AC unit. From the time we spoke with him on our first visit to discuss plans on replacement (Saturday) the job was completed within a week (the following Saturday). Thank you Ismeal, Premier is lucky to have you!

Easy scheduling, got an appointment for the following day. The tech was efficient, communicated well, and explained all existing problems and potential future problems with the system. Compared to other HVAC companies I have dealt with, this one is absolutely A+. If I do decide to switch to a heat pump system, I will definitely go with this company for the install.

They texted me as soon as they had a cancelation. Ismael showed up 30 minutes later and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. He explained he had to order a part and scheduled a date to install it.

Premier is great, my furnace was not working at all and it’s winter, and Premier installed a new furnace quickly, professionally and affordably.
