Sam is great! He’s done numerous jobs (installed a new HVAC system, replaced a few leaky faucets) at my house and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him for any future jobs. He really goes out of his way to help and I couldn’t appreciate it more.

Going off google reviews, I called Sam's to have a look at a AC unit that a tenant said was not blowing hot air. They worked with the tenant to find the best time to inspect and troubleshoot the HVAC unit and resolved the issue. As the other comments state, they are Honest, professional, reliable and affordable. I will be using them exclusively from now on.

I called Sammy about a problem I was having with my AC. I just moved into my home and was sad to find when I first turned on my central air that it wasn't cooling down. Of course, it was the hottest day of the year and a Sunday. I didn't know what to do. I kept calling people that brushed the issue off when I finally came across Sammy's contact info. Frantic, I reached out to him. He was at my house within 3 hours (same day - YES ON A SUNDAY!) and within a half hour he diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

He was also honest about the problem and I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of me (even though I know NOTHING about AC at all). He was wonderful. Fast. Professional. I cannot say enough nice things about him.

Sam is responsive, professional, and clear in his communication. He came to our house to check out our AC within 20 minutes of calling. He followed up with additional visits about a plumbing problem and also answered questions via phone and text. He's a fantastic guy and the right person to call for plumbing and HVAC issues.

We were having a little problem with our furnace and Sam responded immediately. Needless to say, our furnace was running within an hour of contacting him. He is very efficient, extremely reasonable, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong, how he was going to resolve the issue, and how often we should schedule maintenance. He is definitely recommended.

Incredible! Called Sam at 8am. Sam answered immediately about my heating issue when I called him. Sam was earlier then expected when he came to my home. Sam recently replaced two 20 year old furnaces and condensers for me in Shrewsbury. Sam and his brothers (who work with him) are honest, reliable, and professional. Sam's work is always neat and he ensures that your home looks the way it did before the work was done. Sam's prices are very reasonable and he won't nickel and dime you. I highly recommend him.

Sam did a wonderful and timely job at my house for a bidet valve and home filter installation at a very reasonable rate. He is polite and very easy to work with. I also had some HVAC work last year and still holds good. I recommend his service for any plumbing or HVAC Work

Called Sam on a Saturday to get a quote for a new outside central AC unit and coil and asked him what day he could come out this week. He said he could be here in two hours. I was shocked at how quick, he came out and gave me an awesome quote. I asked him when we could schedule it for and he said the guys could be here tomorrow (Sunday) and take care of it. Awesome job, polite, great work and responsiveness. The only HVAC company I will use again and will recommend to anyone.

Sam from Sam’s Heating & Plumbing helped me in many occasions by his excellent service and top quality of work. His price is pretty reasonable for his work and most important he is available 24x7 on a call. He is very easy to work with and can be trusted with your premises.
I would refer him for furnace installation, maintenance air-conditioning and plumbing need.

Had Sam insall a 2 Ton Mitsubishi mini split with heat pump. Sam and his crew did a amazing job and was completed within 4 hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional and he gave me a great price. I'm very happy with the work and I'd would highly recommended him.

Had no heat in cold December. Sam said he would fit me in the same day. Restored heat for the night but it was complicated repair and he needed to return several times. Also had my ducts cleaned out (never been done in 16 years, was pretty yucky) Sam is very knowledgeable, and very nice. I will be a customer for all heating, plumbing, air conditioning needs for life.

Sam’s HVAC is awesome. Sam promptly Came to my house on the same day I called and did such a thorough job inspecting our AC unit to diagnose a problem, as well as the filters, air vent temps, and air returns inside my home. He was super friendly, exceptionally courteous, and beyond Professional. I will be using Sam’s HVAC for all my future HVAC needs as well as referring him to as many people as possible! Sam did an amazing job installing ductless split system at my place. When I was shopping for AC install in the middle of summer, Sam responded quickly and showed up to give a quote. Very professional, knowledgeable and upfront with pricing. I asked for an install within a week and Sam was able to complete the install over a weekend. If I need any HVAC work done in future I will go with Sam.

High quality, honest service at a great price! You can’t go wrong with hiring Sam for your HVAC repairs. I called Sam to fix a leak in our AC ventilation unit and he was there that same afternoon. Not only did Sam fix and repair our problem, he also showed us the problem and talked to us about what we could do to prevent it from happening again. Sam completed the job with great care and integrity; those traits can be hard to find in a repairman. There’s no doubt that we’ll be using Sam for any future repairs we’ll need.

Where to begin? My wife and I were experiencing a backup of water in our pan that was nearly overflowing. Sam was willing to drop everything and come by at 9pm on a Sunday. I let him know not to worry as I would turn off the AC and empty the pan myself. He then came the next morning before his vacation to see if he could get a quick fix. Unfortunately it needed more work as the original installers did some shoddy work. They were able to diagnose and solve the problem very quickly, gave me a fair quote, and got my AC working again without any issues. Not only did he fix the issues, but he spent time educating me on why there was an issue in the first place and what he would be doing to fix those issues. I would highly recommend Sam and his team to do HVAC work for you. I will be using him for any heating or AC needs. I appreciate the shared knowledge and the quick and friendly service!

Sam came to my house the same day I called about a heating issue. He was completely honest that the only problem was our new thermostat wasn’t working properly. He told me exactly where to buy a reliable one and even offered to purchase it that day and install it. We will definitely use Sam in the future as well as recommend him to our friends.

I Found Sam / Sam's HVAC based on the reviews - I was not disappointed.
He was professional, punctual, personable, and fair. I Contacted Sam in the late fall with a heating issue, not an emergency. He responded quickly and offered to come the next day. The problem / diagnosis was quick and what I expected. He cam back in the exact time frame we discussed with new parts to complete the repairs. The repairs were done quickly and exactly as discussed - no surprises. He showed me the old parts and it was obvious they were in need of replacement. Sami is an absolute professional with exceptional quality.
He is very well equipped and his van is like a plumbing supply store and has all the tools that you can imagine, which makes him super efficient.
