I had what turned out to be a pretty minor issue, but nobody in the area had the time to return my call. Sam not only was prompt in returning my call but actually stopped by the house, explained the system to me (I had just moved in and never had a zone control system before) and fixed the issue quickly. He was informative, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend and I will definitely keep him in mind for the future!

Great service by Sam and his crew. Did my furnace and AC replacement, Sam did the job really well at reasonable price. He has great knowledge and highly skilled. He quickly respond to your calls answers questions. I highly recommend Sam for HVAC work.

Sam is an absolute gem of a man who saved me from having no heat in the middle of the winter, and informed me of how badly a different company (ahem McDonald ahem) scammed me before he was able to look my system over. He immediately found the problem, fixed within 20 min, and didn't even let me pay him because he felt so bad about my previous bad experience (hop on over to their page if you're curious about who *not* to hire). Definitely go with Sam's HVAC if you're looking for trustworthy, helpful service with a fair price tag!

Sam is a most excellent contractor. He and his brother recently installed a new Rinnai heater and gas stove in one of my rental units. He worked with me so that we could plan everything with minimal disruption to the tenants. They did quality work - the new gas lines are nicely bracketed and level, they made sure I had the users manuals and warranty info, and they cleaned their work area really well when the work was complete. Both myself and the tenants are very happy!!!

Sam, Tim, and their crew are absolutely awesome! We called so many places who had crazy prices, or wouldn't do the work, and Sam was very clear about expectations, his availability, and offered a very fair and competitive price. He also recommended us to a super skilled and very nice electrician to get the electrical part of the job done. Tim & his crew arrived on time on installation day (installing ductless mini-splits we bought ourselves), were super communicative about the process while they worked, gave us their opinion on where to place the mini splits, and worked neat and clean. They also SAVED us by finding, buying, and selling to us at cost a part that we ordered from Home Depot but they *lost* it in the warehouse.

We now enjoy a cool or warm house without having to use the furnace or window ACs.

We feel so lucky to have found Sam's HVAC and we'll absolutely call Sam for every plumbing need at our new house!

Great outfit. The installed three mini-splits for me in March, a complicated job and the units are keeping me cool this summer. So knowledgeable and capable, and with all the tools. And quick workers. Good customer services and response. They just did a quick fix under warranty. One of my drain pipes was leaking onto my front porch. They opened it up and discovered the hose had become disconnected. They made the repair, put in new hose and connection. It took 15 minutes. I recommend Sam's HVAC.

Sam cleaned our oil boiler and replaced a hot water heating element. We made an appointment, he came timely and did a great job. He explained everything well. He answered his texts promptly. He is definitely a very busy man.
