I have used Reliable for several jobs and they have been great. I have also recommended them to several of my friends and family members and they have all been extremely pleased with their service and workmanship. Hunter has done a lot of work for me. He is honest, responsive and gets the job done right the first time.

Ian and his team from Reliable are truly the best. Hard to find responsive and professional plumbers and HVAC techs, but for the past 2 years, they have taken care of all my plumbing and HVAC needs. Very blessed to know such a team of hard working individuals.

Of all the subcontractors our builders hired to build our home, I thought Reliable HVAC was by far the most competent. So much so that I hired them to improve the home's HVAC system that was too noisy and inefficient as planned, as well as installing a whole home humidifier. They also replaced a broken water heater and fixed the poor plumbing by previous plumbers the builders hired. Unfortunately, as soon as I submitted a final "punch list" to the builders for our builder's warranty, Reliable totally ghosted me. The owner Ian no longer responds to my text messages, the plumber won't respond to a message, even the office didn't respond to a web complaint I submitted, after requesting to hire them YET AGAIN to install a backup sump pump system that I knew we needed, and then our entire basement flooded after heavy rains, destroying most of our finished basement in our brand new home. I don't know what happened here, but I will now refer to them as Unreliable HVAC & Plumbing as I deal with multiple contractors trying to repair the needless damage caused to our home.

We recently had our gas furnace, AC and hot water tank replaced with Reliable HVAC. Highly recommended to anyone in Worcester area. The knowledgeable and friendly staff quickly diagnosed, quoted and replaced our systems. Very happy with their services.

We highly recommend Reliable. As most people do we got estimates. We needed to replace a really old oil furnace and convert to gas ,as well as a new A/C condenser . They by far were the most professional, understood what we needed and accommodated our schedule . An absolute pleasure to work with. We will be using them for any future service calls.Ps the more we look , attention to detail is on point.

The heating furnace in my apartment started emitting a loud noise and suddenly stopped working. Alex kindly agreed to schedule an appointment for me the very same day. Ian diagnosed the issue, secured the necessary parts, and fixed the issue in the span of an hour. Was thankful when Reliable answered my emergency call on a weekend, because my boiler stopped working. Came out within a few hours to get it going again and returned next biz day to replace a needed part and permanently fix. All cordial technicians. However, Calmed later to express concern about the efficiency of the heating. Tech promised to return the next morning, but did not. Later that day, one of the boiler pipes sprung a significant leak. Reliable did not answer nor return my calls.

Anyone need HVAC work done I HIGHLY recommend Reliable HVAC and Plumbing. My unit died on Tuesday night. They called me right away, were there the next day and installed the new unit today. They were so kind and professional, got the job done and couldn’t even tell they had been there (except for my bright shiny new furnace). Price was very reasonable and less than half of some of what those other big name companies charge. Definitely give them a call if you need work done!

Reliable was responsive, fast, affordable and restored my heat!! Ian is a knowledgeable technician and Alyx is very responsive on dispatch. I have used them before and will call on them again with any HVAC needs. Wish all vendors were this good.

Ian, Eddie, the entire crew are fantastic! They installed a new system at my mom’s (Suzanne S) house, have been out a few times for routine service. They are prompt, reliable and super kind to her! I can’t possibly say enough good things about them!

Reliable HVAC and Plumbing is absolutely fantastic!! From the moment I called and spoke to Alex who arranged the service call and she scheduled their tech I knew I was in the best of hands. Tech Eric called me as he was on his way and arrived exactly on time as he’d said. Eric listened patiently and intently as I explained the issue with my furnace. He detailed what the usual possible causes could be and explained all the diagnostics he would do to rule them out and hone in on what the problem could be. Eric explained in great detail what he was doing and why. Eric narrowed it down and quickly found that the communications between the Thermostat and the furnace were faulting out and causing the furnace to trip off and fail to run properly. Eric quickly installed a new digital thermostat and tested it and the furnace thoroughly. He showed me how to operate the thermostat, set date and time, heating and cooling - I dont even have to read the owners manual - Eric explained everything in great detail, with a smile, taking his time answering all my questions.
