Ismael arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). He did the agreed-upon service, answered my questions (I like to know about my house so I ask a lot of questions), and charged the quoted amount. He was friendly and polite. I really enjoyed doing business with him.

Ishmael was very professional and knowledgeable. He was polite, efficient and fast. We needed day of help to fix my AC UNIT. When I called, a timeslot became available, and they immediately dispatched a tech pro. I called at 830am, my AC was back on by 9:45am. Fantastic. Premier will be my go to cooling company from now on.

Ismael was fantastic. He arrived on time, did a thorough diagnosis, and gave my wife and I a thorough explanation of his thoughts on our HVAC issue. Performed maintenance the same day which was a huge help.

Technician changed the speed of the fan for my a/c it runs so much louder now, technician didn’t have the right capacitor so he used one he had in the van and had to attach it to the side of the motor totally different location than the original , left a mess behind, and then on top of that tried to tell me that it was time for a new system after just 10 years. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Excellent service! Ismael was on-time, clean, friendly and super knowlegable! He came to repair my condenser unit. While on-site, I had him complete a full yearly maintenence of my hydro-air system. He even put shoe protectors on before entering the house. 5 🌟!!

Ismail left the work halfway . Kept on adding services after I paid credit cards and after paying $750 he left halfway and company emailed me that they are not able to provide me services. I asked for refund and there is no answer.
Be careful with this company.

They helped me get my heat up and running! They do their best to explain what they are doing to help me to understand what I am paying to fix.
The 1st time they came out, my heat was still blowing cold, when they came back I was not charged again eventhough additional labor was done, I appreciate that!

The technician that came out was prompt, Courteous and thorough. He stayed until he not only figured out what was going on, but also made sure we had heat( temp fix). A previous company did not properly install my furnace. The premier technician took the time to diagnose and write a complete report with recommendations on the spot. I will be using this company again.
