Replaced my propane/forced air/central air system with a Mitsubishi heat pump system. It's a significant investment but economically it was very smart and I am confident the system will pay for itself. C&C was great to work with. They provided a timely competitive proposal and did the install (decent sized project) within a month. The install was done smartly and professionally by Jarett and Ben. I definitely recommend.

I needed to upgrade my old mercury thermostats, so I looked online for a heating contractor in my area, and found C&C Temp Control. I called and they were at my house within 24 hrs. They installed two Honeywell thermostats. Bob programmed them for me, and went through the set up step by step. Very easy to use, very reasonable prices! I would highly recommend C&C!

Be careful in purchasing these mini split heat pumps that are so called more efficient. Should have selected an oil or gas heating system. They are more reliable. These heat pumps seem to always need maintenance. In addition watch out for mice getting into them and causing $1000s in damage. You would think they would manufacture these things to be critter proof.

I have been very impressed and appreciative of the work that C&C Temp Control did for me in replacing my older Heating and AC system with new units. The technicians were Mike, Tyler , Joe and Nate and all of them were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful.

My experience with C&C Temp started over a year ago when I called to ask for a quote to replace my existing HVAC system. I had 4 companies come to my home to give estimates. Bob showed up to look at my system and make measurements. Based on the questions I asked him and how he answered them, I felt more comfortable. It then took me about a year to make a decision as I went back and forth between whether I wanted a high efficiently system or the standard, often reaching out to Bob with more questions.

I ended up going with the high efficiently system. The technicians (Mike, Tyler , Joe and Nate) came to my house on Dec 27, 2021 and 2 days later, everything is working and has been working well since. For the AC, we couldn't test it yet as it's too cold but I will know in May/June. The technicians also had to replace two dampers and run a new wire from the new Ecobee thermostat on the 1st floor to the basement. This meant they had to cut holes in the ceiling in the basement (because I had finished the basement and it was all dry wall instead of drop-down ceiling), they never complained, they just worked and got the job done and cleaned up the area nicely. I hired C&C to install a hybrid water heater and remove my indirect water heater because I wanted my oil system gone. The techs were excellent and professional and answered every question I had. They even explained why they couldn't legally set my water temp at the same temp as my old one due to codes being 130° max allowance. My old tank gave me 160° water, which is extremely dangerous. I have a different company removing my old systems but they refused to disconnect the boiler from the piping system. So I asked C&C if they could disconnect my boiler for me at no charge, because I already paid for the water heater. I was politely told that I'd have to pay for any additional work due to it not being part of the water heater install, which is accurate. I feel as though the company I hired to remove my boiler is responsible for disconnecting the boiler and not C&C who installed the water heater. I should have realized that extra work means an extra charge, even though I've paid for other projects, those werent apart of this project. C&C has been nothing but honest and fair from day one! I highly recommend this company!

We had split units installed a few weeks ago and the service we received from this company was incredible. Bob Chase who instructed us on the units we needed and quoting us a price to and informing us of the rebates ( which were a big factor on us choosing this company.) was so helpful and answered all our questions. He two very professional installer Jason and Brian that were accommodating, cleaned up after themselves and did not leave until everything was working perfectly. They made sure we could access to all the units on our phones. There were difficulties but stayed an extra couple of hours until all was a go.
We recommend this company very highly!

Jason Bouchard installed three new thermostats and did so professionally, with quality and in a very efficient manner. He explained the two different types of thermostat to me and how to maintain them. C and C Temp Control responded to my request for a quote, provided a written contract explaining the price and made a prompt appointment time. Highly recommend C & C Temp Control for all of your heating, air conditioning or plumbing needs! While renovating our kitchen we ran into a plumbing issue that would have held up the entire project. Bob responded immediately and had Tracey coordinate everything with their plumbers. They were professional, prompt and kept me informed throughout the process. Wonderful 👍🏻 CC Temp control technician Kevin Robert was very knowledgeable and professional at our home this past week. He even put shoe covers on his shoes without me asking him. I have beige carpets, and I usually have to ask service people to remove their shoes. Kevin Robert is number one furance/heater technician. We would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an honest and quality job performed. He was very respectful of our home. Great work! Satisfied customers! Keep up the good work 😊

I had c and c come in and swap my boiler from oil to gas. I had Adam as the lead technician very knowledgeable answered all my questions. Also very professional took all the old parts and left the mechanical room looking clean will definitely be calling them back.

I've used C & C Temp Control for our AC and boiler for years. I recently needed a plumber. (I didn't realize they offered plumbing too) After calling around, I called C & C Temp Control. Once again they came through for me. The service and cost were excellent!

I used C & C Temp Control to install 3 ductless AC units in my house. Everyone I spoke with at the company was responsive and courteous thoughout the process. On the day of the install the two technicians, Derek and Jimmy, were right on time for the install and went through all the steps they planned to do before getting started. They were respectful of my house and property and made sure we knew how everything worked before finishing the job. I would highly recommend using C & C Temp Control due to their customer service that they provide throughout the whole process.

From my first contact with the office staff to the last day walk through of my newly installed AC system, I was greatly impressed with the whole process. Leah in the office was always helpful and pleasant, Kris did the initial walk through giving me many helpful suggestions, and Jared and Ben were super competent and efficient installers who went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with every tiny detail of the process. I woke up to no hot water today! I checked the circuit box and nothing was tripped, so called C&C Temp and thankfully they squeezed me in for an appointment the next day! The technician, Thomas McDonald, arrived right on time, checked out the problem, and identified it right away. He explained to me what the issue was and that he would have to leave and get a part, but would be back within half an hour, which he was. There was a major problem with the original part being severely corroded onto the boiler thanks to our horrible town water, but he was very competent and figured out how to carefully remove it and solder the new part in its place. Again, he clearly explain the entire process. I was very satisfied with this whole appointment due to Thomas’s plumbing knowledge and professionalism!

I had the pleasure of meeting Bob Chase when deciding to replace my AC and Heating unit. Bob was professional and kind and answered all my questions, which made me feel very comfortable to chose his company to do the job. His team Joe, Matt and Brian did an amazing job with removing my old units and installing the new AC and Heater units. Great service and assistance with our quote and proposal. Everything was done efficiently and professionally.

We used this company to install a total of10 units over several years. Annual maintenance used to be good. Last spring, paid a hefty sum for maintenance. Some units were still visibly dirty.

For one unit, the tenant was told it was colling fine for the second year running when the AC did not work. When I noticed he had installed a window AC so asked he said the AC still didn't cool properly upstairs -- second year running -- so he put that in. I called C&C to come out. They charged me $185 to tell me the unit was not working and gave me an invoice to replace it. They refused to remove the charge because I had waited too long to call them after the servicing. The unit clearly was already not working so there was no need for the second visit.

The office manager was extremely rude on the phone when I called about this. She maintained that because the tenant did not immediately tell me it wasn't working, and it had been unused for several months, I had to pay a standard visit charge. As I was hanging up I heard her audibly say "Oh my God" before she hung up.

I really tried to reason with them before paying their invoice and writing this review. Apparently they do not value me as a customer and I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. I will be.

CC Temp Control did a great job installing my ductless heating & AC system. Fredy was the lead technician on the job and he always kept me up to date on what was happening. The team arrived on time, let me know when they were leaving and when they would return. They left my home as clean as it was when they arrived and each technician was professional and courteous. Katie was extremely helpful when it came to making sure the Mass Save paperwork was completed. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had an outstanding experience with C&C Temp Control for various projects at my rental property. One of the units lacked a heating system altogether, required recertification of the gas lines, needed laundry hookups, and had plumbing issues stemming from a cracked drain on the second floor. C&C Temp Control adeptly handled every aspect of the process, delivering exceptional results.

The installation work was completed a year ago, and since then, there have been no issues whatsoever. The products used were of impeccable quality, and the installers exhibited a high level of professionalism and expertise.
