Our furnace today stopped heating, luckily we noticed it fast. After one call Jake was so helpful and nice to work with to get our new account and information processed right away and then the Service Technician Nicolas got to our house quickly, knew exactly what to look for, fixed multiple issues and had parts on hand - he really knew his job and they are lucky to have him. We are very appreciative they helped with our surprise emergency in these cold temps making it much less painful for us and we're going to be customers for a long time. Thanks again!

Benjamin arrived promptly to clean our fireplace and program our new remote. He did an excellent job and went the extra mile cleaning the glass doors inside and out. He is a pleasant and professional employee and I just can’t say enough good about him! When he left everything was spotless and the fire burned brightly. Kudos Benjamin!

Fawcett has the highest prices for home heating oil. Not even close to competitive, just greedy!!

I have had the pleasure of this company,, working hard as fast as they could to resolve any heating issues I have had.. From the the professional ladies in the office,, making sure, that not only they were on top of it..and sending someone as soon as they could... But to making me feel comfortable I won't freeze,, being a single woman...too making me laugh!!😊 And the gentleman that come to help are always professional, clean and reliable,, in a timely fashion,, One company in cold weather can’t be at everyone”s house at the same time..., so I would recommend them to anyone who needs a really well trained staff in helping in any issues the have regarding there heating system.... they will treat u with the up most respect,,,, also,,, you get what you pay for,,, if you want cheap, go to a cheaper company!!! You want quality and reliable, call faucet energy...

Had this company last year and they were filling up to 2 times a month. With my new company lakeside, they filled in November 2022 and I still have a little over 1/2 tank now in February 2023. To say the least, this company is not honest about what they deliver and charge

This company is THE WORST! Avoid. Do not use them for anything. They refused emergency service on my 2 year old boiler they installed for $8K because I do not purchase oil from them. Somehow this detail was not listed on my purchase agreement for the boiler. I called Peterson Oil who walked me through literally a one minute step to restore heat. Buyer beware.

After being a customer for 12 years, and having a direct billing thru my credit card I've notice on my last bill I was charged .75cents more per gal then the area's average. Upon checking my previous Bill's the same. This is outrageous. Not to mention in 1 month they delivered 325 gallons in a 250 gallon tank ? I'm done.

We were with this company for a very long time, but that didn't seem to matter to them. We requested an estimate to replace our furnace and oil tank. 2 months later we were still waiting for the estimate and contract even though we were told they were sending it immediately. All I can say is run! I wouldn't trust this company to stand behind any work they do, if you could even get them to do any work you need done.

This company took $750.00 off my credit card to hold for my oil delivery. When I called them 2 days later asking why I hadn't received the delivery, they told me I wasn't even on the list. They use your money...very sleazy business practices. It took me 7 days and 5 phone calls to get the money released back to me. Needless to say, I will not longer do business with this company. The Better Business Bureau and the AG should be looking at this company.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They installed a new tank in my home in 2021. Three years later, it is leaking oil (see picture). I bought oil from them for 2 years but switched away after realizing they get customers on a delivery contract and then charge about 75 cents per gallon more than the market price. Because I no longer buy oil from them, they are refusing to fix the tank that they poorly installed. I am not even asking for warranty fix, just to pay them to fix the problem they created, and still they refuse to come to my home. Buyer beware!

Summary: they get you started on a delivery contract with coupons. Then you realize they overcharge (google ne heating oil for the price marketplace to ensure you get a fair delivery), and then they leave you with a liability in your basement that they themselves installed.

Bobby came out to my home and help me with my ac system notice the install was wrong and that there where noncodensables in the system makeing the compressor super hot he worked no stop to get my unit running I would recommend highly if you want great craftmanshiphip and and hard working

DON'T USE THIS GUY! He took our money for an A.C. replacement and ran, never doing the job. He gave us excuse after excuse about his no shows. We received a judgement from the courts in our favor which he has so far ignored.
