Our heating system was making funny noises. I called and a few hours later, a technician arrived. Andrew, was excellent! He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He told me that there was air in the lines which he thankfully fixed in an efficient and timely manner.

I just can't say enough how dependable CK Smith Superior has been as my oil supplier over the years and most recently, being out delivering oil so soon after a major storm! Many thanks, I highly recommend your company!

Ck Smith Superior is a great company. We have been with them for years. Andrew arrived on time and was very professional , knowledgeable and did a great job on the yearly maintainence of our oil furnace. He also took note that we would need an oil delivery soon and would let the company know. He answered my questions and reassured me that my thermostats were all in excellent working order. Five stars for sure!

A technician from ckSmith came to my house to determine why my brand new furnace was not producing heat. He told me that the connection between the exhaust blower and the furnace was impaired, the tubing needed to be lengthened, and an impaired nut needed to be replaced. He showed me the impaired nut and the new one he used to replace it. He did an excellent and thorough job, he was pleasant and answered all my questions. He did so in a very professional and friendly manner. I appreciate his prompt visit, quick repair, and double check that the repair was working properly.

My heat went out last night at 2 am. It was 62 degrees in the house and dropping. I called CK Smith. They sent a tech named Andrew to my house. He was here in less than an hour and got it up and running quickly. He was professional and very nice. He explained the repair to me.

I was having problems with a non-functioning whole home humidifier and a specialty valve had to be replaced.
When it was found that this universal valve was not functioning as it should, Jeff did research and found a part that would fix the issue.
They were able to schedule me for an appointment very quickly, and Ben came out, installed the part and cleaned out my condensate pump and now everything is working like new!

Having my tank replaced with a temporary tank until the concrete pad hardened. The company install the tank could not start the furnace by pumping the oil from the temporary tank. I called for emergency service, and they came in less than 2 hours and fixed the issue very quickly. Ed the service technician was friendly and answered any questions I had about oil furnaces. Very good experience all around.

Extremely efficient! Tech was very knowledgeable and I'm thinking he had a apprentice with him and both were very respectful. They explained what the problem was and what was being repaired. They left the area very clean. 5 star service!

Our annual service maintenance call was entirely satisfactory and we were pleased with the visit. The service technician arrived on time, was friendly, polite, and informative answering some of my questions and giving me some useful suggestions. I live far away from the service site, and making arrangements to accommodate my traveling was very easy.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the response to our request for service at midnight. Andrew kept us informed of his expected and actual arrival times. Once here, he was extremely efficient in diagnosing the problem and making the repair. It took no more time than a half hour and we had heat and hot water again. This is one of a number of reasons why we have been long time CK Smith customers.

Weekend service call was quick and efficient, spent time answering all our questions. Tried to get oil last minute on a Saturday with impending storm and they told me earliest would be Monday but probably Tuesday. I got up Sunday morning just before the start of the storm to hear them filling the tank! Excellent service.

A professional, experienced, and excellent service… woke up at 4 am with no heat at the house…. After a phone call a service man showed up within 20 Minutes…. Nick was very talented, polite, clean and friendly person! he did a an amazing job…… He got it up and running at no time…

Always great service and professionalism from the technicians! And when you call or email their headquarters, they're also very responsive about getting you scheduled for someone to come out and see you. We use the silver membership plan and love it, will be signing up for it every year.

Today at around 5, Josh from Ck Smith arrived at my house for an emergency call. We have had Ck Smith for years and have had a few technicians over the years, Josh was by far the best. He helped me understand what was going on with my boiler and what caused it. He also made sure he was as clean as possible while doing the job. If I ever need a technician again, I'm going to specifically ask for him. I usually don't leave reviews, but every once in a while someone knocks it out the park and today it was Josh from Ck Smith.

CK Smith has been great to deal with. This is my first time having oil heat, and I had a lot of questions. They took the time to explain everything clearly until I understood and never once got short or impatient. Whenever I left a message, they always got back to me promptly. I highly recommend CK Smith.

Our technician Will arrived very promptly after I called the emergency line, late at night on an extremely cold Friday. Our heat stopped working. Will was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and was very efficient. He had the part we needed and quickly swapped it out. Stanley came out to an emergency service call to our home because we had no heat on one of the coldest days of the year. He was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we had heat again. He is a phenomenal worker and we would highly recommend.
