Ck Smith is always EXCEPTIONAL! Their Techs are as well. Whether scheduled or emergency. This time was the emergency. Tim was above and beyond. Skilled but also kind and human. In this day, these qualities are hard to find anywhere. Ck Smith has retained the best of Character in their workforce, at their desks, on the otherside of the phone line. Even the on call guy. We had CK Smith replace our very old heating system. They gave us the best price around and did a great job. Chet and Nick showed up on time, worked hard all day, and had the new system up and running by the afternoon. They took care to put down drop cloths, clean up well, and left the basement exactly how they found it. We’ve been with them a long time for oil and service and I still highly recommend.

I received a delivery of oil yesterday (Sunday) ahead of the big storm. I was due for a refill, but could have waited until later in the week. Thank you CK Smith and driver #346 for your excellent customer service and proactive attention to your customers in advance of inclement weather!

Chet and Nick from CK Smith installed a new oil tank, oil burner and hot water tank at our house over the last 2 days. They were efficient, professional and friendly! They readily answered all of my questions about the installation and operation of the new units. Ck Smith is fortunate to have Chet and Nick doing their installations. It was a pleasure to have such meticulous work done by such nice people.
After installation, the boiler pressure was high, unclear why. Andrew, John, and William each came to work on the problem and solved the problem. Each was professional, pleasant and informative. They are all a credit to your company. Also, Ron in the office talked with me on multiple occasions. Tim from CKSmith arrived ontime, dressed professionally. Very friendly and courteous. My husband went down to check out his work. He was very pleased , everything was “shiny “… As far as we’re concerned, Tim is the best technician we’ve ever had, we request him every time.

Can’t say enough good things about CK Smith!!! Just bought a 100 yo house - moved in Christmas week. Lost heat and didn’t have a company to turn to! These folks got me a technician within 3 hours. Their competitors didn’t have appointments for 2 weeks!!

Jeff was amazing! He came at 12:30 and the plumber wasn’t quite ready to accept the fill. Jeff was flexible enough to stop back over before the end of his shift. Very personable - wouldn’t want another driver!

ckSmith has been so VERY helpful since we moved here from NV 1 1/2 years ago and not having ANY knowledge about the heating system in our home. They have come out numerous times when we had problems in the beginning, also helped with a propane issue. They come out when we call for an oil refill even if it’s not on a scheduled route day. Office staff always friendly!!!
