A wonderful experience with roofing who completed our whole and very difficult roof in an amazing two days including a great cleanup. Jeremy was so helpful and Landon and Alex who were in charge of the job were so good and so friendly as were all the guys. We still have some soffit work to fix but I would highly recommend Summit. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Summit Point Roofing and our new roof! This roof installation was an extremely complicated project, which included tear off of 3 layers of shingles-with the bottom layer, 124 year old cedar shakes! Additionally, our house is almost 3 stories tall, the roof has a steep pitch with multiple sections, a turret (that Summit Point Roofing had to repair) and we share a driveway with our neighbors. There was nothing easy about this project! For those reasons, some roofers didn't even want to give us a quote or take on the project. I was happy to hear that Summit Point Roofing had experience with these types of roofs and I was even happier, when I saw the quote! Summit Point Roofing was great at communicating every step of the way, helping us know what to expect, and answering all of my questions, to help alleviate my stress related to this project. I was really impressed with the professionalism of this company on all levels and with all aspects of this project. The roofers are hard workers who put in some long days at our house to finish the roof on schedule, in less than 4 days! The team did a great job cleaning up our property and being considerate of the neighbors, as well. The roof looks fantastic and soon after it was finished, we got to test it out during a storm. For the first time in 2 years, no leaks! Thank you Summit Point Roofing!

The team did an excellent job of communication before the roofing job began. They sent materials that laid out what to expect. The roofing team completed the entire job in 1 day. They did an excellent job including replacing some defective plywood panels. The entire process went smoothly with a price that was better than other quotes. I would highly recommend them to others

Matt Koster of Summit Point Roofing came to Norton Shores, MI to review a roof leak. It was very inclimate, cold, winter weather. Nevertheless, Matt evaluated the roof spending some time and took pictures of what he suspected a problem. He said the roof was in "very good" condition, but suspected some ice damming. Matt sealed the area to limit any more leakage and suggested in spring look at further prohibiting leakage with some improvements. I welcomed his proposal for the improvement. I learned of Summit Point Roofing from my brother who had an entire roof replaced by the company. He had great things to say about this roofing company. Through my own experience, I fully agree!!

Amazing service and super professional. Our roof was replaced in less than a day and the crew did a wonderful job being thorough and picking up any nails and leftover debris. We were very impressed with the work and can't recommend Summit Point enough!

Matt stopped by to provide a quote for a few minor repairs. Not only was he enjoyable to chat with, but he provided me with a fair and honest assessment along with a report picturing the areas that needed touch up. He let me know their minimum repair fee, but also went above and beyond by explaining the simplicity of my specific repair needs should I prefer to go the DIY/handyman route. I'm very grateful for his kindness and transparency. It's a comfort to know that caring and reliable companies like this still exist. Highly recommend!

Overall, our remodel project was a disappointing experience. The quality of work didn’t meet expectations. There was no attention to detail – see attached images. (The first two pictures were fixed but material charges were added to our final invoice.) Project went over budget due to contractor neglecting to include painting of newly constructed areas and electrical costs in original budget. Project took twice as long as estimated.

Joel and his team did an outstanding job of remodeling a newly purchased commercial building! He responded to my request quickly and scheduled the work the same week. The seven men were some of the hardest working and thorough I have ever seen. All the work was professional and the cleanup was top notch. The fee was Very reasonable.
