Overall, our remodel project was a disappointing experience. The quality of work didn’t meet expectations. There was no attention to detail – see attached images. (The first two pictures were fixed but material charges were added to our final invoice.) Project went over budget due to contractor neglecting to include painting of newly constructed areas and electrical costs in original budget. Project took twice as long as estimated.

Joel and his team did an outstanding job of remodeling a newly purchased commercial building! He responded to my request quickly and scheduled the work the same week. The seven men were some of the hardest working and thorough I have ever seen. All the work was professional and the cleanup was top notch. The fee was Very reasonable. Let Us is highly recommended and I will for sure use them again. Many thanks to Joel.
