Dan was great to work with. Great service. I was just a bit disappointed that a few high traffic areas were hard to get as clean. But our carpet has been cleaned before so it is getting harder to get soil removed in hi traffic areas. Great service from Stanley steamer.

Shawn & Brendon from the Byron Center, MI Stanley Steamer were knowledgeable, easy to chat with, and professional. They were able to complete the job efficiently and worked MAGIC on some serious stains on a *white* area rug that gets high traffic from two HS boys and a chocolate lab. I would 100% choose SS & these technicians the next time I need someone!

Unbelievable results. My 16 week puppy did a job on my white family room carpet while being trained. No spots left and the odor is gone. Exceptional results. Technician was well trained and professional. Going to book him and SS to come back before Xmas for my other rooms and area rugs.

The technicians were all polite and kind, I had no issues with them! We went through Stanley Steemer to have our upstairs couch cleaned and our vents cleaned out. The vent clean out was wonderful, I couldn’t recommend enough, everything looks pristine. I was a little disappointed in the couch cleaning, however. After everything dried it seemed to have left lines on our couch. I was also hopeful it would clean out a lot of the dog hair on our couch, but it didn’t seem to clean out much hair. If there is a different service I should have asked for, please let me know, but I do feel like when you pay $130 for a professional couch clean it should get most hair out. I’m not sure I would have them do a couch clean again but will 100% utilize them for vents in the future!

They arrived right when they said they would, cleaned everything (all 21 vents/cold air returns, furnace and dryer) like they were supposed to, both gentlemen very polite, courteous and well represented Stanley Steemer. Everything was cleaned up after they were done and explained everything I needed to know

It has been 8 years since our last duct cleaning. Our furnace is currently not working & we're heating with wood in the fireplace to heat the house, we figured it was a great time to clean them. With 4 dogs & 4 cats inside (not to mention the 8 cats from my mom's barn I'm fostering until they get new homes, our system takes a beating. The technicians were courteous and respectful of our property and the before & after photos they shared showed the thoroughness of their work. Before starting, they reviewed what we wanted done & let us know what we'd be paying (no surprises). When complete, they let us know of an additional port added to clean around a difficult access area (something the other cleaning company neglected). Very happy with the work & technicians. We're looking forward to breathing better again.

Devante did an amazing job cleaning my basement fir the winter! Took his time and made sure things were pristine. I haven't had my carpets and furniture down there cleaned in about 5 year and wow what a difference. There was some cat smell and now its gone!

Carpet had only been down a year but had been doing some remodel so decided to have it cleaned. Didn't think I would notice the difference but you could definitely see the difference. Looks great. Also had the dogs room cleaned it was really dirty but looks and smells like new. Their employee was very professional and quick a nice mannered young man. Thanks

This could not have gone better. We are very pleased. Their rig and method is impressive thing to see.. Both men were extremely professional and quite friendly. Hard working too. Ours is a large and complex HVAC system and they were dedicated to finishing it in one day.

From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Justin arrived on time during a snow storm to provide a quote for air duct cleaning. Service was scheduled for the next day (another great part of their service) and Kevin and Jalen did a fantastic job when they arrived on site. Very friendly, respectful, and professional. I was expecting snooty experts who couldn’t be bothered by the home owner just coming to do a job but these gentlemen were very approachable and made me feel comfortable. They allowed me to ask questions and never made me feel like I was putting them out. They were truly there to do what I wanted and I can’t speak highly enough of them.

The guys were very nice and they knew their jobs well. My carpets were very dirty. They are still wet but they look one hundred percent 💯 better. Phenomenal job can’t say enough about the work they did and how professional and courteous they were. Friendly. They took their time and did a really good job on the carpet cleaning and even added on some stuff that I asked him to at the last minute. I would highly recommend Jake and Austin and Stanley Steemer in general.

we had an absolutely amazing experience. Devante went above and beyond the call of duty and made sure that our service was exceptional. we had our tile cleaned, our carpet cleaned and upholstery. I loved the service so much that we signed up for preventative maintenance and another service in six months.
