Scott did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. From my first contact with him every aspect was exceptional. I called and he promptly answered my ph. call and he quoted me an amazing price. He showed up early and was done faster than I thought it would take. I had a room where my old dog had urinated several times and had some urine stains and smell that I was unable to get out. Scott was my last chance to see if he could get rid of the smell or else I would need to tear the carpet up. He was able to completely remove the smell and most of the stains. If you didn't know the stains were previously there you would not notice them now. He also cleaned my stairs and a rug for no extra fee while he was here that I had not inquired about when I called him. He also came back a few days later and gave me some enzymatic spray to use; as there was still an odor from the cleaner I had previously used myself trying to get the smell out. The spray did the trick and the carpet is odor free! I cannot say enough good things about Scott and his service. I will recommend him to all my friends and definitely be using him again. Thank you Scott!

Just wow! We just had our carpets cleaned by Scott from Dri-Tek and we couldn't be happier.

In case you're not familiar with the Hot Carbonated Extraction (HCE) process, it's much better than traditional steam cleaning. Do your research. Dei-Tek is one of the few companies that utilize this process and it will leave your carpets looking amazing and will dry in a few hours' time since it uses far less water.

Scott was professional, pleasant and prompt. He communicated everything clearly, was on time and took extra care on a few trouble spots, which disappeared like magic. Highly recommend!

Scott was so amazing! He was very responsive and had the most affordable quote. Our carpets look amazing and we had issues with our cat peeing in one spot. It smells so much better and he said he would even come back and try another treatment if it still smells after the carpets dry. As of now it’s looking promising though. Very nice and professional guy. Only going with his company from now on!

Scott came and cleaned our carpet upstairs today, we recently moved in with my parents for a short time with 3 cats.. 1 of which is a senior with kidney issues so he doesn’t always make it to the litter box. Cat urine is strong and I’m surprised how refreshed it’s smelling now! Very affordable price compared to a Stanley steamer and even better results. The service was timely and I was scheduled very quick too. Highly recommend!

I moved from Ohio to Holland 4 years ago. I moved into an apartment with newly laid carpet. So the carpet is now 4 years old. I tried to find a franchise like the company I used in Ohio. I liked that company's approach to cleaning upholstery and carpets where environment friendly products were used and items dried in a matter of hours not days as with typical steam cleaning. I searched the Internet and found Scott's Company, Dri-Tek. The name was self explanatory. Scott called and I had an appointment a few days later.
