I’m always happy with the services I get from Stanley Steemer Great Lakes. Easy to schedule with and the communication is great. Devante was the tech and he was personable and conscientious and efficient. Just a really nice guy. Had my carpeting in three rooms and the stairs as well as a sofa and two chairs cleaned and protected. I also had them take an area rug off-site to be cleaned.

Scheduled Stanley Steemer to clean air ducts. I had just finished cleaning all the floors in the house, the air ducts were going to be the last part of deep cleaning. Came home to find debris all over the house, concentrated in front of the vents. Had clean laundry drying on racks in the laundry room sprinkled with junk. Had to dust mop and vacuum all three floors. Called to provide feedback, the manager, Chris came a couple days later with an employee with a vacuum. By that time, I had cleaned up most of the mess. Showed him the photos, he promised to provide a refund. My husband had to call the office multiple times for follow through on the refund promise, the office person brushed him off until he finally made it clear we were not happy. Eventually, received a mere 70.00 back on a $700.00 plus job. We do not recommend.

Austin and Trenton were professional and thorough cleaning our ducts. Their previous job was done early, so they called to see if they could come early to our job, which worked out well for us. The job was explained to us and they answered the questions we had. Before and after photos were taken. We are pleased with the job and cleaner air to breathe in our house.

The team was very efficient and helpful! We had a grease stain on our carpet that we had no hope of getting out and they were able to remove it. Would definitely recommend!

Deon and Chris did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets. We have big lab dogs and our house did not smell very inviting until these gentleman did their magic. I am thrilled with their work, they cleaned our couch as well. It looks and smells GREAT! The guys were polite, professional and easy to work with! The price was very good, money well spent.

Jake was our cleaner for that day. They usually send two crew members. The floor was pretty bad with stains. Jake asked me to take a look halfway through. I was amazed, and when he finished I was beyond amazed. He did an awesome job and went over some of the stains he thought might not come out. Big shout out to him for a job well done. 👍

We called Stanley Steemer after a competitor failed us. They came out within 24 hours. Brendon and Trent were simply awesome! They showed up on time and very professional. Their attention to detail was on point. Plus they were just cool guys. Willing to talk sports with my husband and patient with my overly “helpful” 5-year old. This was my first experience with Stanley Steemer and we won’t be going elsewhere ever again. And when we do, we will be requesting Brenden and Trent.

i had a couple rooms & stairs cleaned and deoderized. super easy to set up services online. cleaners were prompt, friendly, and efficient. they explained what they were going to do, asked if i had any questions. when they were done they went over what they had done and again asked/answered any questions I had. definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing service. Mike and GreShawn were extremely professional, humble, and sweet. My 3 year old was thrilled to talk with them. Explained everything, showed before and after pictures, and did a thorough inspection/job. Couldn’t recommend a better company. Not to mention extremely reasonable pricing for my mobile home.

We have been using this local group for over 7 years for our same 3 wool white room rugs. They take them to their shop. We have had 3 dogs living here and dog friends and human friends that leave their shoes on when too unsteady for stocking feet. In front of wood burning insert. Super bright. Friendly, efficient and local. And non toxic

We have used Stanley Steemer for at least 15 years in 2 different states. They always do an AWESOME job! Jake, our technician was great! We've never had a bad experience with any staff. They are very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We highly recommend using Stanley Steemer for carpet cleaning services.

Avoid Stanley Steemer at All Costs – They Charged Us for Work They Never Did
I hired Stanley Steemer to clean the air ducts in our office after a major renovation. Construction left behind drywall dust, cardboard scraps, and other debris, so we paid for a professional duct cleaning to ensure the air was safe before bringing staff back. They came, ran their equipment, charged us full price, and assured us the job was complete.
Fast forward: a new employee starts complaining of respiratory issues. We called a reputable restoration company for an inspection, and what they found was shocking—our ducts were NEVER cleaned. The same cardboard, drywall chunks, and construction debris were still lodged inside, exactly as they’d been post-renovation. This wasn’t “a little dust buildup” over time; this was undisturbed construction waste, proof the job was never done.
We’ve reached out to Stanley Steemer twice asking for an explanation and a refund. No response. Not even a courtesy call from the manager. Their silence speaks volumes.
This isn’t just poor service—it’s fraudulent. They took our money knowing we wouldn’t open the ducts to verify their work. If you value your health, your money, and basic honesty, do not trust Stanley Steemer. We’re out hundreds of dollars and now paying a second company to do the job right. Disgraceful.

It's very hard to find a good, affordable, honest carpet cleaning company. Scott from Dri-Tek came in, was very professional & very friendly. I have 5 pets so you can imagine how much I needed a good furniture & carpet cleaning. I've never seen that type of equipment before & I was very amazed to see the great results. Didn't take very long either. The price he quoted was a great deal but what he actually charged was even better. Super affordable. I couldn't be happier & more satisfied. Thank you so much Scott for the great service. Will definitely recommend to others & I will most definitely be using this company in the future. Great Job!

We highly recommend using Dri-Tek! Scott was very professional and easy to communicate with. We were impressed by the outstanding service and cost. We moved into a new home that had a lot of cat hair. He was able to remove so much hair and smell from the cats. The carpet seems new and it was incredibly affordable. We loved having Scott clean our carpets and will definitely use him in the future. The minimal water use and quick dry was an added bonus as well. 10/10 recommend!
