This is the most unprofessional company I have ever witnessed. Do NOT hire these guys to plow snow. All they do is push snow around the parkinglot making it impossible for residents to get rid of their trash. If I could give negative stars I would

They plow snow into end of driveway and won't come back and clean it out. I don't have the service anymore but they plow the park and I'm to old with a lot of health issues to go out and fix it. No consideration for what they do to people. Would never refer them to anyone. Big jerks

Operator just came to plow the driveway… great. They’ve been out every night this week, did not need to come this morning as there wasn’t even an inch in the driveway. Please give your guys some needed time off during this storm and have them come when it actually matters.

I’ve used Jack’s Lawn Service for lawn care and snow removal for several years. They are easy to communicate with. The greatest benefit is having more energy for family and friends while in a safe and tidy environment. Thank you!

Best lawn care service I've tried. They are very communicative and reliable. Workers are friendly and open to feedback. This company is run very well.

At the bottom of this review you will find comments I made some time ago. Those comments do not reflect the service I've received the past several months.

Our service has often been outsourced to other mowing companies. The day of service changes without notice. The quality of service has dropped dramatically. The person that answers the phone when I call is polite and sounds both interested in what I have to say and apologetic for the service I've received. I have spoken to a Bruce several times who claims he will address my concerns with the crew but nothing changes. At our last conversation, I decided I needed to update my review. While Bruce claims he came out to my home, I doubt that.

I have river rock and edgers surrounding my home. Each week I have to use a blower to remove the grass clippings from the rocks. Bruce suggested that it was debris from trimming weeds however, there are areas of stone nowhere near any grass and so what if it was, shouldn't the blowing away the clippings be the last thing done? If I didn't clean things myself, I'd have no visible rocks over the course of a season. The crew also drives over the edgers and pushes them deeper into the grass and they often knock others out of alignment.

Adding to my frustration is the fact that the crew leaves my yard looking like a hay field with clumps of grass laying all over my yard. I have stated if I needed to pay for service that captured the clippings I would do so. I'm not sure whether their mower blades are dull or if they are going to fast, but my yard looks uneven after they cut the grass.

I get it that finding good employees is a challenge but if I'm paying for services, I expect those services to be performed. I am very disappointed.

Jack's has consistently delivered a high quality service in mowing our yard for a number of years. They take the time to trim edges--and we have a lot of landscape edgers around out home--and to blow the clippings off the sidewalk, driveway and decorative stone around the home. If I've needed to communicate, they respond quickly.

This guy has no idea how to plow any apartment complexes, made piles wider than he should’ve, the complex had to literally hire a TRACTOR to move the mistakes he continually made, every snow. Do NOT hire him for any large jobs, lol. If I could give less than one star, I would. In these pics you can see how much drivable space he took from the parking lot, he made 8 different piles, and made them stick as far out as possible. Truly the worst plow jobs I’ve ever seen

This young man was very respectful, very professional, very friendly, and did a great job. I have used another business before and they didn’t do half as good a job as this young man did from Stanley Steemer. His name is Devante

They left my house absolutely disgusting. They tracked mud everywhere in my house and left dirt and dust all over the floor and any furniture that was in the basement. I called to speak to a manager and they would not let me speak to one directly. All they said was “apologies for the incidence” and asked me to leave the mess until I could have someone access the damages.

Emmanuel did an excellent job cleaning and deorderizing my couch and cleaning a small rug. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I will ask for him next time.

The workers and service was greater than expected. Because of this service my family and friends can breathe healthier air and our furnace can work more efficiently.
I plan to use this company again in the future.

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Stanley Steemer. The agent, Dan, was very professional and polite. He did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. I am very pleased with the results.

The Stanley Steamer technician had a big job multiple rooms and two stairways, some of which had not Steam cleaned in a long while. The job was done much more quickly than I expected and the results were definitely better than I expected.

Trevor and Jose were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did a great job. They cleaned 8 areas in about 2 hours. Today it is dry and looks like new carpet!

Devante did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets, steps and sectional. He was very thorough and polite, very happy with our experience!

I cannot say enough good things about the Stanley Steemer water restoration team — Vinny, Carlos, Johnny, and Mark. They were so kind, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. I was incredibly grateful for their quick response, timeliness, and positivity during such a stressful situation. They worked efficiently and put my mind at ease, turning a terrible situation into something manageable.

They even handled the paperwork directly with my insurance agent, which was such a relief. Their professionalism and compassion made all the difference, and I would highly recommend this team to anyone in need of water restoration services.

We love the work these guys did for us!! We had a flood in our basement and they were wonderful on the demolition and mold removal. Johnny, Carlos and Marc were amazing!!

Super impressed! They showed up on time, were courteous, worked quickly, and the carpets throughout the house look new, despite multiple stains we thought would never come out. Will be using there services again in the future for sure.

The technicians were kind, professional, efficient, and thorough. Got the whole home duct service and took about 2.5 hours in total. Price came in below the online price and I was very happy overall. Would use SS again.

The gentleman did a great job cleaning a carpet that had been neglected for many years. Looks great wet, can't wait to see it dry. I see the color blue again! Great job, keep up the good work!
