Tatiana has been absolutely great to work with. I have a car dealership and she details every single one of my vehicles and does an excellent job. Every vehicle is spotless, shiny, and smell great by the time she is done. I highly recommend contacting her to get your vehicle detailed. She is very thorough with her work to make sure you are satisfied with the job. She also has fantastic prices.

Very happy with the service. The ladies will do anything to assist me and it is great to have the entire home cleaned in one day.

I hired them to clean the whole house. I think they used a dry rag to wipe everything. They completely ignored the basement. Would not ever use this company again. On the other side the communication was very good.

Cleaners were good enough. but i've had multiple issues with them having to reschedule with me, with two separate times, they've contacted me after our appointment time to reschedule. very unprofessional.

Excellent service and perfect timing! I would highly recommend this company. I called to schedule a quote for cleaning the house I sold and was moving out of and cleaning the house I bought and was moving into. I received an immediate response and was able to book the quote appointment as well as the cleaning service appointment fairly quickly. The owner and staff were all wonderful, had a great attitude and did an awesome job.

Our trusted realtor gave us a list of cleaners to use. This company was not on the list, but my wife chose them for the lower price.

We spent 3 days doing what they where supposed to do in two. They didnt even do a day. Try 1.5 hours(I know it was 1.5 hours, it's on camera on our security system from the time they rang my dorrbell, to when they drove out of our driveway). Now our house isnt ready for pictures, and we're constantly arguing. Which this service was to avoid.

They only cleaned 2 of 3 beds and bathrooms. Didnt get ceiling fans, they spray oven cleaner in a self cleaning oven. And didn't clean the stuff off, so now every time we try to use it, it ruins our food . Hello charge back.

Update: They had contacted my wife and returned our money. They also came back and cleaned our stove and our breeze-way, per the agreement with my wife. Didn't help when I had to clean up. I'm a disabled Marine, I know how to deep clean. Making someone with an endstage disease clean wasn't very fun. That was free of charge

I hate being the person to leave a negative review, but really, this was the worst "deep clean" I've ever seen in my life. I paid $300 and when they were finished, there were cobwebs everywhere, splatters around the dishwasher, cabinet exteriors weren't clean, none of our furniture was moved so under beds and couches are full of dust, blinds weren't fully clean, and there were huge dirty water spots all over the floors from where they mopped. Before they left, I identified many of these issues and they agreed to come back during an open slot the next day... no show. They did ultimately come back and address some things (not all), but only after my husband called and asked for a refund. This was a real bummer because we were preparing to host guests at our home and essentially had to re-clean the entire house to our standards.

I paid $140 for a deep clean. After coming home to a joke of a cleaning job. I wrote an email:

One dresser in the master bedroom was not dusted at all. The floor in the laundry area wasn’t swept or mopped. The kitchen floor still has sticky spots on it. The front entry way wasn’t swept or mopped. The front door rug wasn’t vacuumed. My daughter’s vanity wasn’t wiped down. There is still soap stuck to the sink in the extra bathroom and a film in the sink basin like it wasn’t cleaned with cleaner. The base of the toilet wasn’t cleaned. The toilet seat is sticky. The bath/shower doesn’t look like it was even touched. Still rings in the bathtub basin and at the water level and still rings from soap bottles on the shower shelves. The faucet in the bathtub, nor the shower head was wiped down.

This super disappointing, especially for that kind of money.

I need you to make this right.

Karen responded to me with apologies and promises. She sent the team back the next day. I specifically asked them to use the deep clean checklist (this is Xpress Maids checklist for their deep cleanings that was provided to me in email when I made my appointment). She assured me that it would be done right. The first time they cleaned, they completed 13 of the 65 items on the checklist. The second round they added 5 more items to the 13 already done. Worst housekeeping experience ever. And she didn’t even bother to follow up the second time. I’ll never recommend them or use them ever again. What a waste of money and what disappointing experience.

These ladies are exceptional. 2 years ago, we did all kinds of carpet tearing out and porcelain tile and shower enclosure stuff after our kids grew up and moved out. We needed a little help. We called this one other company for a "construction clean up". They rolled in with their tablets and quotes and we paid them a ton of $$. Shoddy to say the least. My ladies come in here every 2 weeks. It's just me and The Husband and our 2 doggies. We are not messy people. I have never been so proud to be affiliated with a company in my whole life and the quality work they do, and yes, I am picky. And the lady who came here today worked so hard and did it all by herself. We are so grateful to this company of honest, hardworking people. I can't express this enough. I can only say, don't take my appointments from me, People!!!

My husband and I truly appreciate the entire Xpress Maids team for the way they cleaned our house. They are simply the best local house cleaning company, period. We were extremely satisfied by the entire experience. We needed someone that could handle an urgent one-time deep cleaning. Xpress Maids was recommended to us by our neighbor who talked so highly of them. The office staff was exceptionally responsive and very professional. Our contact person, Isaac, was surprisingly highly knowledgeable, very polite and friendly. The two ladies who came to clean our house were on time, friendly, courteous and they went straight to work without delay. They brought their own professional grade cleaning supplies and equipment. They were in and out in three hours, and left our house looking supper clean and smelling fresh. Thank you, Xpress Maids. We will certainly hire you again. You are simply the best!
