I had my dining area cleaned this past February by a different carpet cleaning company. I did not see very much of a difference afterward as far as cleaner carpets. This was not my experience with Sterks Carpet Cleaners. I am very impressed with how clean the worker, Dete, got my carpets. This company has got equipment that works! Dete listened attentively to where I needed cleaning, worked hard and the result exceeded my expectations. My 20 year old carpets came out looking almost new. Great communication from Carla in the office and great attention by Dete to my cleaning needs. He even helped me move some of the furniture back. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of this company and totally recommend them after this experience.

We have used Sterk Carpet Cleaning for 27 years.... and our carpet celebrated its 30th birthday this year. The ONLY reason my carpet has held up is because of Sterk. The last time it was cleaned a friend came in and asked if we had new carpet.. yes, they are THAT good. The carpet is spotless and typically dry within 12 hours. They have also cleaned my upholstery. You get what you pay for and though a bit more pricey, that has paid off 10-fold in that my carpet still has body and bounce. Am I tired of it? You betcha; but with a 30-year old home, you pick your projects one at a time. Because of Sterk’s process and attention to detail, we have been able to kick that can down the road a couple more years. Thank you, Sterk Cleaning!

Sterk has cleaned our house a few times and we can not say enough about the high quality work they have done. Great job on our carpets and couch. They did an especially good job getting the spilled milk from my daughter out of the couch.

Needed the carpets cleaned after our sick dog went to the bathroom in the living room and guest bedroom overnight. Yuck

They were out the same day we called and did an AMAZING job! Can't say enough great things about this company. Excellent customer service on the phone and the carpet looks brand new. No more stains and no more poo smell! Very fair pricing, too - I was expecting to pay a lot more based on a previous experience with Stanley Steamer. Sterk is the only company I'll call going forward.

Sterk, cleaning did our carpet cleaning . Scott ,was very professional and seriously this is the best cleaning I have ever had with any company. The care and concern for my home was amazing. Scott, took time to protect all corners and walls. He was so careful with my daughters antique furniture. Our spaces he cleaned turned out beautifully. Absolutely outstanding service! Sterk Cleaning just cleaned our entire house, and I can confidently say—these guys are the real deal. From top to bottom, every room looks, smells, and feels refreshed. Their team was professional, on time, and took great care with every detail. It's rare to find a company that still takes this much pride in their work. If you're on the fence—trust me, book them. You’ll be glad you did.

We had a dog urine soaked rug that we had attempted to clean with a rented rug cleaner without success. Sterk Cleaning did a fantastic job and saved a very nice rug. I would highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future. They also do furnace duct cleaning, that will be my next call.
