Very happy to have Jim back at Green Street Church in Hastings ,Michigan! He’s always there regularly, walks through inspecting everything for us. No issues in the building! And, when we have had an issue or two in the past, he’s always tight on it!

The actual pest control service techs are good but god forbid you have a billing issue or other complaints. I paid in full for two years of service. Couple months later they 'accidentally' lost record of our payment and are now wanting us to pay for it again. Working with their billing department is a nightmare and no one knows how to do their job. Would never ever recommend this company

Jon Heisserer is an excellent pest control specialist! He always listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. Numbers of mice, moles, and insects are significantly decreased at our property after his service. Thank you Jon!

It took a few visits for their team to fully embrace our commercial building. A few mis-communications at the start. But now I think they have it dialed in correctly. I have feed back from our inside cleaning crew that we have had less insects inside the building’s windows sills, and a couple additional problem areas have also been improved. So with time and communication we have worked our way to much better service from a building manager’s point of view.

Our tech, Steven has been great. We have had him servicing our hose for a couple of years and always very polite, thorough and professional. We have a pond right in front of our house and he is always careful when spraying.
