If I could I would give a zero. Impossible to reach anyone at the local office. Left numerous messages. The corporate Terminix does not have any of my information and is unable to pull up the account, but they do not have a problem of deducting every month for their charges. I have been trying to get someone to come out and address our issues at our home residence for a week now and no luck. Transfer after transfer, voicemail after voicemail with no results and no communication from Terminix. Stay away, and go with someone that will not take your money monthly and the one time you need their help they do not care to at least call back and try to find a solution.

Terminex agent called and left a voicemail that he was in the area and wanted to stop by today instead of the scheduled Friday appointment. It was fine because I was going to be out on Friday anyway. As usual, he was very cordial and polite. He did the usual spraying in the basement and then outside the house. I was pleasantly surprised because I didn’t think they would spray outside in the winter. But all is done now and I’m pleased with the work.

I had many questions, and Michael from Terminex was very patient & answered all of my questions. He was thorough & knows what he’s doing! Thank you for your help! I was overwhelmed!

Paid $228 for them to come out and dust the bees in the side of my home. All they did was piss them off to the point of the bees coming inside of my home. Spent $30 on bee spray and spent an afternoon out there and got rid of them myself. Waste of money!

Terminix of West Michigan has served our home for several years and we have been extremely satisfied with their service and commitment to customer satisfaction! Our technician (Christian) really cares about thoroughly taking care of our pest control needs and since we began using Terminix we have not had any recurring problems. Super Company!!!

We continue to be impressed with the excellent service we receive from Terminix. Our current service technician, Michael takes great pride in providing top pest control maintenance. His attention to detail is impressive! Highly recommend!

Kevin has always not only provided great customer service he also does a great job for us with getting rid of any pest we did have.
So along with no more pest, great customer service and care, we get great flexibility as for when Kevin is able to come and take care of the church inside and outside.
5 star!!!

John did a very thorough spraying. He found a couple of issues, explained them thoroughly, took extra steps to address them, and is sending someone out to follow up, no charge. He also told me to call with ANY concerns and he will follow up. I feel like I am in very good hands.

Kevin has always been wonderful every time I see him come to my store. He's polite and kind a real pleasure to be around. He does his job well and thank you very much

I'm not usually at home when Joe or Chris come over and do the treatment but they always call or text when they're coming and when they are finished. They both do a good job for me.

Michael was great, very helpful. I just moved to the state, so he was great about explaining the different pest control challenges up here.

Brandon arrives promptly within the allotted time frame. Very polite, asks and answers questions about any concerns. Always has a smile and pleasant demeanor. Am satisfied with the service provided and currently have no issues.

The service was really good the second time around. A technician was right here on time. I appreciate the call ahead.

I called for bee removal. After a LENGTHY interview and credit card information, I was promised service between 12 and 5 the following day. I waited all afternoon and nobody showed up. NO phone call, NO email, no apology. I called the following day to cancel and they said “if you ever have any issues in the future, please give us a call”. What?.. I’ll never call this company again. Now I’m waiting to see if they still charge my credit card.

Twice I had a house inspection set up, and both times the inspector never showed up!! The second scheduled time he never even called to let me know he wasn't coming.
When I called to check on where the inspector was, they were going to check on it and get back with me. They never did.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Nicholas arrived promptly, did a thorough inspection inside and out, and discussed his findings and possible treatments. He then applied the treatments, showed me where the traps, etc were located, explained to me how to manage my dog around them. I am thoroughly satisfied!

We had Nickolas K.come out to our home. He did a great job! :) He was super professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly! :) He inquired to where I thought there was insect activity, and later recapped his full treatment on our home with the special attention to those trouble spots. I truly feel he created a “bug free zone” for us! He is a hard worker that prioritizes the customer to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Nice job!
