We have had Terminix service for over 10 years and we are very happy with the results! If by chance we see pests between regular service dates they come out right away to take care of the issue.
Christian is an our service tech. He is prompt, friendly and very professional. We really appreciate all that he’s done for us.

I have been very pleased with the service provided by Chad Johnson through Terminix. He has been our tech for the last year and is very prompt, thorough, & knowledgeable. He is also very responsive to any questions, inquiries, or requests for service. He does a great job in supporting our extermination needs in a 110-year-old house.

Our pest control tech Christian has came through many of times to help us with a range of items. He comes in early when I need him and sacrificed his weekend to accomplish my goals.

Caring, diligent, educative, as bedbugs are awful to deal with, the compassion of the exterminator was key in the service provided.

I've had the pleasure of working with Chuck and Nate at Terminix, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are incredibly easy to work with and demonstrate a level of empathy that makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge of pest control is impressive, and they are always ready to answer any questions I have. They are efficient, getting the job done quickly and effectively, and their responsiveness is top-notch. Our service gentleman, Kevin, is always friendly! I appreciate his work ethic and professionalism while he is in our office. He is always quick to share any updates he finds and is happy to answer questions we may have.

The technician was amazing. Very informative and knowledgeable of product. He made me feel rest assured of the product.

Michael Harper is the best! He is very polite and personable. Always does a great job at controlling our pests. Our office is on a cement slab. This used to be a bad problem for us with ants and spiders. We have noticed a huge decline since he began servicing our office.

Unprofessional, unreliable and over-priced. After two years of frustration I just cancelled my contract after they no-showed twice and was basically waved off by my tech, Chuck and his “boss” Brandon. They wanted to hear nothing of my frustrations, made no effort with reparations or apologies and were quite happy to see me go. Once they have your business service plummets. I just secured a local resource with high marks and lower prices. Shop around!

Our representative at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, Micheal, is absolutely amazing. He is attentive, responsive, and personable. He is not only great at his job, but he makes the staff feel important and listened to. Providing images for accurate visual identification and doesn't brush off and potential sightings of pests. He is highly professional while still having a friendly demeanor and trustworthy approach to communication.

Kevin Crater is our technician and he always does a wonderful job for my employer. He comes on time every month, is very personable, goes above and beyond, and takes care of any issues we have. We really appreciate his service and is a wonderful representative of Terminex!

Christian is always friendly and thorough. He asks questions to help determine what, if anything, is needing his attention. He then problem solves, treats and follows through until everything is taken care of and we are satisfied with the results!

Technician was quite thorough and explained in detail everything that was going to be done and what was done. He even went as far as clearing some cobwebs from the higher exterior window area. Highly recommend the Technician Christian and the company as a whole!

I met with Christian both before and after my service was complete. Before the treatment we discussed problem areas I noticed and asked him to concentrate on those areas. After treatment we discussed his observations and his recommendations to prevent insects from having access to my home. He was respectful of my extensive landscaping, arrived as stated, and spent an appropriate amount of time treating my home. I would highly recommend

Brandon was terrific. He was patient with us & answered all our questions; he is obviously knowledgeable. We appreciated his service & attention to detail.

i signed up for termite treatment. they did not complete work they agreed to in the signed contract. any time i called in they told me i would need to bee called back by a manager. never heard back. 2 months in and still no help and they sent me to collections. its a total scam.

Customer service was soooo rude
I called two times just to get a quote and two different people hung up on me just because I didn’t want to give them all my info before getting a quote!

Christian is awesome! We've been with Terminix for years (close to 7 years, I think). We had a carpenter ant issue when we first moved into our house (they were everywhere!), but Terminix took care of it, and we haven't seen an ant since. Christian has been coming out to service our home for years! It's nice to see a friendly face. I appreciate that he calls in advance to let me know what day he'll be coming. He's so friendly and helpful, always has a smile, answers all my questions, and does the work quickly. If you're on the fence, just call already. I highly recommend Terminix!

Kevin, our representative is always kind and considerate when he is evaluating our store. He is very thorough and always enters the store with a smile and a cheerful hello. When he is finished with his tasks, he always advises me of any issues or concerns and advises us on ways to improve any areas of concern.

Christian is my service person. He always calls ahead to let me know when he'll be here and approximate time. Very courteous and polite. I've been very happy with the service and the people coming here over the many years I've been with Terminix.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Twice didn’t show up for the appointment that I waited for hours. No notification to me about cancellation. Stay away from them
