He is knowledgeable and professional about servpro operations and works well with his team.Armondo was knowledgeable as well and answered questions I had as he was doing the demo I had water damage that took 6 days to dry and Kaleb was in contact daily making visits as well as keeping me updated by emails. He was very sensitive to my situation and needs. I look forward to talking to the reconstruction team.

We would recommend Servpro to everybody. From the mitigation to reconstruction. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and safe. They were all so kind. They were very efficient and timely. We cant say enough , even their office managers were helpful.

I had a ServPro team come out To my home because we had a huge kitchen fire last week Thursday or so don’t remember the exact date, but they were here Monday. They were actually here the next day of the fire To survey the damages. The team was led by Sarinsa Strecker, Super friendly didn’t know it until she got to work but a great rapport with everyone in the household particularly making my mom feel everything was OK and that it was just an accident and they can repair it to back to its natural state or better and I think they made it better the young lady she was on top of it. She made sure all of the eyes was dotted. The tease were crossed. The dust mites were gone fire extinguisher, dust out. She made sure her team did what they were supposed to do and they did better. I can’t speak to the rest of Servepro, but if there are anything like her, you want them in your house to take care of your needs and particularly fire destruction, and a young man named Adam with her direction they made this house look perfect. Had a pipe burst early in the morning, their team responded quick. Servpro has been fast to answer my questions, and has made this process much easier than I thought. I appreciate Jess being personable and professional on site and walking me thru each step.

Tony and Issac ..did a fabulous job on the water damage in my apartment…They both get an A+ and they should be put in for a RAISE ! 😄😁 Was in an actual house fire when I was 18 ..first time out on my own and that crew cleaned up ok…but SERVPRO …Business of excellence! 💯🌹 And bonus for me ..those fellows sure can listen 😛🤭 to a gal who does not have much company ! I would not recommend ServePro… Let’s start with the positives: They showed up very quickly, and did a great job drying out the basement. Everyone was very nice to work with.

Here are the negatives: I repeatedly asked for a quote / invoice, and (despite their promises to deliver one by “end of day”) they did not deliver one until AFTER insurance had already paid them. They threw out many expensive water-damaged items and failed to mark them down, or snap a photo for insurance. I had to be on top of things to make sure nothing was missed (and believe me, they missed a ton of big items). It felt like they were missing these things because they were so busy with other projects.

At the end of the day, they did dry out my basement, but the insurance / reimbursement aspect was not a great experience.

We had a major water issue when a sprinkler head broke in one of our units. I reached out to Paul Cooper who immediately responded and got a crew together and was onsite within the hour. Jess DePree & Tony kept us very informed of work being conducted from start to finish. This team was awesome! Workers very professional and respectful of tenants. Definitely recommend ServPro for cleaning and restoration services!

Excellent team service by Servpro with our recent water loss. Prompt, professional, efficient, and thorough. Jess DePree headed up the project, and all workers involved demonstrated the same professionalism that Jess projected. Everyone on the project was courteous and gave ample warning that they were on their way each day throughout the process. Their knowledge and excellence of care shown through.

I can't give enough gratitude for how wonderful your team's response was to come to our aid during our recent basement flooding. Kaleb was our main point of contact and was so professional and supportive during this whole ordeal. I always received an answer to my questions and he made me feel like I was his only focus though I know he responded to many others in the same way. He was kind and understanding. When it came time to transition to restoration he worked us through to finding the right guy to finish the job. Pete was extremely helpful and realized what we needed and got it done quickly. We also appreciate Isa and Tony and many others who did an amazing job extracting the water and getting the clean up started.

We worked with a great team from Servpro NE Grand Rapids. We had an unfortunate flood in the laundry room that rained down to the unfinished part of the basement. Kaleb Pluchinsky was my lead contact and he is the definition of excellent customer service. At our initial meeting he throughly explained the drying out process, the expectations for success, and he checked in everyday to let me know next steps and what progress was made. His team took exceptional care of protecting my home from further damage, they carefully boxed up what was salvageable and took away the rest. They gave me peace of mind and assurance that all would be well.

We’re impressed with the professionalism exhibited by the entire team, including Tom and Jonas, as they worked closely with us to our satisfaction. The level of cooperation and quality of work exceeded our expectations. We have used them previously and were satisfied with them before, many years ago. They continue their excellent service.

We came back from FL to a flooded basement. All of the personnel from Servpro who came out were efficient, on time, and kept me up to date on the steps and the progress. Zero issues. A shout out to the PM Jess D who checked in every single day and kept everything moving. Also, the onsite team leader Korin was awesome. I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone.

We are so grateful for the care and professionalism SERVPRO showed our family after we discovered a dishwasher leak that had been going on longer than we realized. What initially seemed like a small issue turned out to involve significant hidden damage affecting two floors of our home, including mold and water damage.

From the very beginning, the SERVPRO team was responsive, professional, and incredibly thorough. Casey came out the same day we called, which brought immediate peace of mind during a very stressful situation. He conducted a careful initial assessment, explained the process clearly, and helped us understand what to expect in the days ahead.

As the project moved forward, we also had the pleasure of working with Kaleb, who was absolutely exceptional throughout the drying and mitigation process. His communication was truly outstanding. He patiently answered our many questions and took the time to explain everything clearly, never making us feel rushed. What stood out most was how thoughtful and careful he was in his judgment. It was clear he genuinely wanted the best possible outcome for our home and was committed to doing the job thoroughly and correctly.

We were also very impressed with the monitoring process. Decisions were clearly guided by measurements and evidence rather than guesswork, which gave us tremendous confidence in the work being done.

We are incredibly grateful to SERVPRO, and especially to Casey and Kaleb, for their professionalism, integrity, and care. They made a difficult situation much easier to navigate, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage and/or mold remediation.

After calling servpro they had a crew out within two hours. It took another ten and they had identified all the water issues pulled the effected pad moved all furniture or stabilized it. They moved over 50 boxes of stuff and furniture into the garage-then they started cleaning. Over 30 dryers and dehumidifiers started doing their work. It was a 12 hour day!

Nick came to our house promptly and was very attentive to our needs. Between him and the office staff coordinating our issues and questions we are so happy he came to help us figure out our options.

American Classic had a chance to get this job but because they didn't seem to care about helping us figure out the issues with financing, they made us feel unimportant for such a big purchase.

We are getting new roofing and gutters on both of our structures and Nick helped us every inch of the way. The warranty is good enough to be able to use as a selling point for the future!

Everything was about as excellent as you could get. Fair price, absolutely no sales pressure, installers were here when they said they would be and with ten guys they completed the entire job in one long day. Very nice, courteous, and actually left the yard cleaner than upon arrival. Project manager came by to inspect the next day, brought his metal detector to pick up any nails that might have hidden. We are looking forward to their siding install in a few weeks. Superior service and great value combined.

Had a terrible experience trying to get an estimate for our roof replacement. The initial appointment with Julian went well. After that, I had to try calling, texting, and emailing (both Julian and their main office) with no success. Eventually, after 2 months of attempting to simply get an estimate, I gave up.

Update after Owner responded below: Again, this company refuses to simply provide an estimate. The general call center reached out (6 months after my initial appointment) about a “promotion going on”, not about an estimate. And Julian is lying about the situation. Yikes! Take your business elsewhere folks.

Mr Roof seemed reputable but after reading their recent google reviews, I became concerned. The quote we received for gutters was $1k more than 2 other companies and did not include gutter screens or the underground drainage system like the others... Salesman was nice and professional.

Mr Roof had the cheapest price out of about four or five companies we got quotes from. The salesman, Nick Gelock, was a pleasure to talk with and work with from the beginning of the process, he was extremely knowledgeable about roofing types, costs, and what would work best for us. The materials were delivered right on time, the crew was here to work in a timely fashion. The roof looks great, the crew worked fast, were extremely friendly, and had the job done within about 7 hours from arrival. I’d definitely recommend Mr. Roof for anyone’s roofing needs.
