They never fixed the problem .no voice mail ...a text means nothing when you have burn marks on your siding and you are out over a thousand dollars....Never trust them ..You will lose money..in this economy being out of money because of lies and horrible customer service should be a crime ...they have zero empathy
Tried to talk to Mr Roof about my concerns and they blocked me after refusing to acknowledge how much money and Time was wasted on their shoody work and horrible customer service!!!Mr Roof is the worst choice you can make They lie and tell you what you want to hear to get the sale . We lost a weeks worth of Direct TV and had multiple dents in our siding from the roof job. We took multiple pictures and had to have the crews come out 3 different times
Now they promised windows on a date .. we prepped and took time off Removed air conditioners to find out out that the windows would not be there until noon even though the crew was there. The crew left i thought i would see them the next day... WRONG Mr Roof says not my fault ... Too bad ... Store them and wait 10 days for installation. Use more PTO time and they could care less. Sales person said they do not have to come in as the windows would be installed from the outside. Lie... They were in and out of the house for 8 hours making a mess .... Again... Mr Roof told me too bad . Not their fault for the lying salesman. Today the project Manager wanted to check in and was not helpful Did not care they lied and we lost pay from work because NOTHING is their fault The lies...the extra wait...the lost money and time means nothing to them. Save yourself time and money and run from them. They have ZERO concern for you once you sign.My fault for giving them a second chance!!! Learn from my experience.No after sales care from this company ....ZERO empathy

There was work that needed to be done on part of my roof and they say it all measures up but it don't we cannot open our upstairs door it is a fire escape so I am very unhappy with the work that was done there was boards that were rotted that they didn't want to replace we had to put in the supplies to get it done right to have the board sister then so I am very unhappy with the work. Are roof leaks they screwed the pooch. They need to fix the problem not me

couple spots don't look right..was told to let them "bake in"...but disappointing none the less..the got whole roof done in about 6.5 hrs...so maybe they rushed...that's from when they got here till they left..i just have to wait to see if it bakes in.

Did great job and did more than other companies that I seen do roofs in the neighborhood when it came to the preparation and installation. Also answered any questions that we had during installation and didn’t give the impression of be bothered like other companies that I have had in the past on previous projects. Will hire them for future projects that I’m interested in doing to my home.

Absolutely amazing job on my house with the siding and gutters that were installed!! The siding guys did an amazing job and so did the gutter installers!!

My experience with Mr. Roof was positive.
3 shingles come off the garage side. Luke came out and looked at what needed to be done and got back with me that same day. He also, said that someone would be getting back with me -the following week- to do the repair. If I didn't hear from the office to call him. The Home Show was going on -so I gave Mr. Roof some time to contact me. After about a week and half I called Luke back and he had a manager out here to fix the repair. It took about a two weeks =from the time I called about the roof till it was repair. To me Communion is very important and Mr. Roof did a wonderful job at that.

Our roof started showing signs of leaking so we got several quotes. We went with this company because they seemed to have a good warranty plan, but we are finding now that we are getting the run around. All seemed to go well, until you take the time to look at details. I was in my rafters because I thought stink bugs were getting in somehow and noticed that the rotten boards were not totally replaced as requested on the contract. I even requested/paid for extra OSB because I knew it would take more than the 2 boards included in the contract to replace the rotten boards. The pic with the arrow, shows where the rotten board was cut, left there, and not even nailed into the truss...it is now just floating. I called to have the work re-inspected and made the appointment a week out. They called the morning of the appointment to cancel due to "unforeseen circumstances" and wanted to reschedule another week out. I had already rearranged my schedule to take time off work. Honestly, you can't take 30 minutes to drop by and see what I already emailed pictures of??? This is poor quality and the foreman on site was either not paying attention or blatantly did this. Either way, would you take the chance? I will update if things are actually made right.... In response to your post about rescheduling earlier, if something opened up since yesterday when I was told on the phone there were no openings until a week later at the same time as the original canceled appointment, then yes call me back and schedule it earlier....
Update: the repair was done mid winter at no cost.

Mr. Roof exceeded our expectations. Kyle made the process super easy and was available every step of the way. Couldn’t be happier with the job they did.

The service was great, they were.
Great communicating.What was gonna happen and when and they and they were there on time. The clean up was great. James the project manager was very personal and answer.
Ed all my questions. I would highly recommend Mr Roof.

Showed up on time for the estimate and did not go overboard trying to sell me something I didn't need at three times the price with an "Act now" attitude. Very polite and professional. +2 stars (2)
Listened to my concerns and didn't rush to a sales pitch like another guy did. Matched a quote I had already received, explained the warranty in easy to understand terms, and worked with us to line up payment. +1 (3)
Estimator did not inform crew dropping off materials that there was a power line crossing my property. +0 because it was a ways out, and the crew had to hump it up ladders by hand (3)
+1 for the crew, except for the noise, hardly knew they were there. (4)
And +1 for doing it on a Saturday. (5 stars)
-1 for wrecking a screen on the back of my house, and not saying anything to me about it while onsite. Shingles rip through screens, if you did not know. I'll add the poor job of cleaning up to this negative star as well. Lot of nails around the house. Spilled gasoline in my driveway which left a nice stain on the asphalt, and apparently the crew eats a lot of peaches, because the pits are everywhere (4 stars)
-1 for the workmanship on the front of the house. Nails popping right through the flashing were not corrected. That looks ugly, and I can't imagine anyone is coming back out to do any quality control, so I am stuck with it. Overall the flashing looks like it was just thrown on, and takes away from the aesthetic the new roof should provide (3 stars)
Would recommend and would use again, but I would make sure to be home throughout the entire install and call out every item before they departed.

Didn't keep their promises, like did not finish in one day, and I collected over 100 nails! Plus we ended up discovering a roof leak that we hadn't had before. They did come back and cleaned up their mess and fixed the leaks, but why should we have to complain to get what was promised? We paid more for the job because of the promises made, and they dropped the ball!

Last minute notification when they were coming out for roof replacement also damaged screen and siding still have not received receipt and certificate of completion for insurance company as promised .been waiting 2 weeks for them to come out to replace screen damaged and siding damage even though they call me at beginning of each week to tell me they will have it done by end of week. Ended up calling office three times finally replaced my screen however did not fix the hole in the siding at all

The worst experience i have ever had. Initial tear off and installed went great but they will absolutely not stand behind their warranty. It has been over a year of voicemails, calls and messages and we have received zero help. Absolutely discussing how a company can be run and screw people over like this

Roof was done quickly and correct. The site foreman Chris did use our personally rented dumpster to dispose of his household trash and brand new materials still in packaging. The issues arose when it came time for soffit/facia. They were done quickly and poorly. Multiple pieces had horrible dents and bends. We called and complained to which they said they would send someone out to talk with us about the issues. They did not tell us when they would be here and showed up a few weeks later at 9am. No one knocked or looked for the owners. They walked around the house twice and left. A few weeks later some people came out to fix the issues. They had no idea what they were there to fix and did not speak English for me to explain to them. They fixed one piece and left. The brand new drip edge from the roof is all bent around the house from the facia replacement. The people who came to do the gutters were amazing. The salesman was your typical salesman. Said anything to get you to sign the dotted line then was no further help. We went with Mr Roof even though they were not our lowest quote but because they seem to pride themselves on customer service and work quality. None of which were found during our repairs. Would highly recommend finding another quote and company. You will be left out in the cold with a huge bill and regret.

Mr roof has awesome people working for them. Wayne Lake was very friendly and straight to the point on what I need and how everything will work. The work they did was awesome and very appreciated. And will recommend to all my friends and family.

From the time of my meeting with Wayne to the date of completion was much faster than anticipated! The crew was on site early and didn't mess around! Roof done in a day, no mess left behind and all materials gone by the end of the day!

Speed was great… otherwise tons of wasted materials. Boxes of unused nails tossed into the dumpster as well as leftover shingles.

From a debris standpoint lots of old nails found in our yard. The craziest thing is the old nails and shingles left in our attic!! Lots of things that should have made the dumpster still in our attic. Would not recommend.

During a storm i lost shingles. I Called Mr. Roof because they had replaced my whole roof years before and did a great job. They did a very good job on replacing shingles. Kyle was very personable and did a very good job. Even though my warranty was expired they replaced everything free of charge. I recommend them highly.

(original review) The speed of the work was good. Their speed leaving was understood when I began looking at the roof. There is visible damage to the fascia and exposed wood. (All of this is clearly visible from the ground.) They also broke through the ceiling in my hallway. They offered to have someone come and quote it, but told me to "tape some cardboard over it for now" and left me to clean up the mess. During construction, my back flood light was broken. I was told "We don't fix those. We'll take $80 off your bill because we don't pay for anything super expensive either.". So they paid for a mid range flood light (that I need to go purchase) and told me to fix it myself.

I was referred to them from a coworker, but if this issue is not remedied, I would not think of referring them to anyone.

(Update: end of March) Chris was very quick to have me fill out the review so he could get his "incentive" for it.

Chris called me after I posted the original review to complain that he felt I "blasted" him. He tried telling me that my complaints were all cosmetic. They had a repair tech come out to fix most of the issues on my roof. I still have damaged facia, a GAP between the facia and drip edge and a corner of my roof that is moveable by hand (it isn't connected to anything). When having to replace J siding, because the original crew threw it out, Chris returned with a color about 5 shades too dark and when the repair tech pointed it out the response was "I'm not going to drive all over town to find the right color." They did have someone come out almost 2 weeks later to patch my ceiling.

I've reached out to their management team numerous times over the last 2 weeks, but they will not return my calls. Yesterday I was contacted to schedule having my gutters put on and when I told them the roof needed to be finished first, they promised that someone would call me first thing this morning.

(Final update) No one called me, so around 1:30 pm I just showed up to their office. I had someone out the next day to finish repairs. Their repair tech, Mike, was fantastic explaining how and why he was doing everything he was doing. It made me feel at ease since the primary crew didn't know what they were doing.

My gutters were put on today. I had one spot that was clearly discussed as the downspout going into the driveway, they angled to toward the foundation. The other spouts were jammed into the ground and not given any clearance. I will be fixing this myself because dealing with this company has been more of a stress than it's worth. I've actually developed an ulcer during this ordeal.

I chose this company because I was promised a high quality, 1 day install. I did not receive either of those (the quality is terrible and the roof took over 2 weeks to finish). As far as I'm concerned, they have violated their end of the contract. I'm at the point where I'm going to report them to the BBB and my home owners insurance for damages.

The reply to this review is the only apology I've gotten in regards to this fiasco. I've not been compensated for my time or the work I will have to put into repairing their mistakes, myself. Did they fix most of their mistakes? Yes. Did it require me hounding them on a regular basis to get it done? Yes. Did it take almost a month to finish a job they promised would take 1 day? Yes.

Would I refer them to anyone else? Absolutely not.

Save yourself the time and stress and look for a more professional office team (Ronnie was great with dealing with my concerns), and a more experienced crew.

From start to finish, Mr Roof was very easy to work with and very informative. The crew that did our roof was very thorough. They did a great job repairing some bad spots and making our roof look amazing. They cleaned up all the debris and made sure no nails were left behind in the driveway. The manager made sure we knew about some leaks around the exterior of our chimney and even climbed up to get pictures for us to see what we needed to repair. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
