The way they respond to one star reviews is to deny any involvement with the person leaving it. The proper response is to say something along the lines of "While we show no record of you being affiliated with our services, customer or otherwise, we believe word of mouth to be a legitimate conveyance of experience. We would like to hear about poor customer experiences first hand, to further improve our company and our training program."

What an incredible job Pinnacle did cleaning our home. The team was friendly and nice. I had no idea how much dust we had (I did a bad job dusting) and how clean our house was when they were done. Excited to have them monthly to keep us clean. Thank you Pinnacle team

They required payment of 3 months up front. Cash missing after they cleaned. Beware!

Not impressed... You blow all the cut grass into the roads. That is very dangerous and potentially deadly! Horrible business practice!

Anyone who is not blind could see that I had already trimmed MY perennials to prepare for winter. Your crew chewed them to the ground with chainsaws. My condo management does not give advance warning as to when the crew will arrive.

Seen one of their Box trucks flying down my road as my kids were playing in the yard. It's 45mph limit on my street and I know they were going at least 60mph. I called the office and they didn't seem to really care. I would never hire this company for lack of respect for the community.

Good for landscaping but very bad on snow plow. They plow over grass, destroy sprinklers, don’t honor the stakes they put in or property lines. DJs, there still room for improvement and hoping to see positive change :)

Terrible for snow service. Every other business lot near my employer is clean. Our lot is all medical practices. Safety for patients should be a priority. This hasn’t been the first time either! I would NOT advise using them.
