Why have scan and go if you are just going to stop me when my stuff isn't in a bag. Defeats the purpose when it takes them twice as long to go thru everything and make sure it's on the receipt!!! I won't be shopping there any longer!!

Rock bottom. Management if you’re going to shutdown 2/3 of your self checkout have more than 3 cashier lanes open. There’s a line halfway into produce for self checkout

I was going to write a review mentioning the lack of bathroom stalls and how they were all being used by employees. But then they were disgustingly filthy too. And only 3 registers open, all self checkout. I should not be waiting in line for 3 minutes early in the morning. And the employee watching those 3 registers was very rude. And they have 32 parking spots for pickup. That's fine, but why are they right in front by the main entrance, making real customers who are going in walk further. I felt like this Walmart really didn't want me back.

After them doing some landscaping on our front lawn 2 years ago, there is a distinct line between our original grass and the grass they put down. I'm very unhappy with the work and will not recommend them.

Do not hire this company. They incorrectly and repeatedly misquoted our job; did not communicate between themselves; did not return our calls to contest suspect costs; and attempted to pry more $ from us after completion claiming laborer errors onsite were our financial responsibility. Poorly managed company and very disappointed.

We've worked with the staff at Clark's Landscape Services for years. They consistently deliver creative and beautiful results on our projects!

One of the bushes they installed last year died and they replaced it. This year the bushes all bloomed for the first time, and the replacement was the wrong color; it didn't match the others. When I notified Steve, he sent a guy out to put in the correct bush within a couple of days.

Did an amazing job! The crew took their time and you can tell they are passionate about their job. Highly recommend.

Poor service, poor communication, poor work. I had a patio and landscaping project that was to be installed before the end of May. Six weeks later still no work and no communication. When I would call I would always be told I was next on the list and that rain and extra work with current projects had extended the time. I was told I had a 1 day project. When they finally came they brought the wrong patio pavers, wrong plants, and employees who did not know how to install a patio. They installed the wrong type of sand/gravel under the pavers. The began laying the pavers furthest from the house first and were working their way towards the house. The underlaying sand was not leveled. They did not now how to grade the patio so rain would properly run off. They didn't even know how much of a grade was needed. The lead could not figure out how many pavers were needed or how to arrange them in a simple design. On and on. I cancelled the project, got other bids, and was told each time that every aspect of the work was incorrect. Each contractor just shook their head at the mess. Everything had to be removed and the project had to be started all over again. I was left with a mess and pavers that I found out were not top grade pavers thus would not lie flat when put in place. I called and emailed to voice my concerns yet I could not get ahold of Chuck. I left messages with the office staff and owner. Yet, they never addressed the concerns except to continue to try and assure me the employee putting in the patio was an expert with years of experience putting in patios!

Not good. Had them do backyard and deck late last fall. Misquotes, charged for plants that weren't installed, 7 months later and Cedar decking has issues. Called several times to ask them to address problems. No resolutions. I had used them years ago and had great service, but things have changed-for the worse.

I called them on Monday to get a quote for landscaping I was told they were booked and that they may not be able to get to us until June or July. I told the CSR that was fine I just wanted to get the process started. I was then told I would receive a call either Tuesday or Wednesday to set up an appointment for a quote. It is now Sunday and I have not received a call back. I will not be using them.

Terrible service. Job came in 25% higher than the quote and we ended up with only about 70% completion of work that was quoted. Zero attention to detail, billing has been a complete nightmare as they up charged all over the place and even though we had almost 2 dozen less trees and plants installed than quoted they took none of that off the quote and added bits and pieces all over. Things that we were told to be normal parts of the job (like carefully handling the sprinklers) were a mess and we were again charged and up charged. In the end we were slammed with a $12k plus bill for a landscape cleanup that is probably closer to $3-4k in work. In 20 years of owning multiple homes, restoring properties etc we have never been so ripped off on a service/value proposition. Please save yourself and do not use this company.
