Well I can't say much about their landscaping abilities. They cancelled my appointment with the "designer" the day prior saying he was "still up north". We rescheduled to the next week so that he could tell me not to put a patio where we wanted to because it was too far from the house and we wouldn't use it. (we have a small city lot)
The guy finally e-mailed me back 10 days later saying:
"Thanks for having us look at your landscape project.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to bid on this project.
I hope it all comes together well for you." -Chuck

I've never had someone failed to give me an estimate. I don't understand why he wouldn't know that at the appointment time.

My gardens were overgrown with grass and weeds, and very crowded. The ladies of the garden service exceeded expectations, they completed the job in less time by one day. I like their flexibility with a change I have to make in parts of my yard. I am so pleased with the cleanup they will return for the other gardens and design my very troublesome backyard.

It's been two years since my encounter with Clarks. About half the plants they installed have died in my yard, the evergreen tree they planted was defective from the get go..they told me it would be "fine"...however, after 2 years it's still as bad as ever. I hired a different company to move it to the back yard out of sight. The paint on my gate they installed continues to flake off. However the gate is well built (subcontracted). As you've read, communication is ridiculous. Good job on the paved walkway but they subcontracted this work. I hate to write negative reviews but I would never hire or recommend them. Nice guy and I do wish them well however.

Clark's Landscaping tore out our old railroad beams at the bottom of our driveway and also in our front yard. We replaced them with brand new retaining wall blocks and it is absolutely beautiful. Very professionally constructed and an awesome crew! We highly recommend their services and would definitely use their services again in the future! Colleen & Brad Christian, Comstock Park.

Clark's has installed 2 different areas of my walkout area with stone steps and boulders. I love the look and the design. The boulders are doing their job in holding the earth in place! They've stayed on schedule, and employees polite. I would recommend!!!

Steve came out last year and installed a brand-new sprinkler system in my yard. Even though I could tell he was having a hard time with getting it installed he didn't change the quoted price, which was very nice. I didn't have any issues with it last season either. And this year Steve came back out and opened it up for the season and he was quick about the process and gave me some tips on how to do quick fixes if I start having minor issues with the system.

Clarks cleaned up leaves from our yard and did a total refresh on our flower beds. They were great! Fast quoting, great communication, and everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Clark Landscape Services was amazing to work with. From the onsite visits to Dave’s design and 3D views of the project, we were very impressed. The crew was professional and courteous, and they explained everything they were doing. We couldn’t be happier and look forward to enjoying our new landscape design.

My husband and I have always been quite impressed with Clarks. When we first purchased our house in 2017, we simply had Clarks come and mow our lawn for the first few years. They have always been reliable and punctual doing a wonderful job. We then tested their skills at some hardscaping, and once again, they were professional as well as thoughtful and considerate to listen to our desires for what we envisioned for our property. We had a rough idea, but they added some amazing suggestions that turned our good idea into something beautiful. So, needless to say, when we were interested in having a water fountain installed, we called Clarks. They guided us along the whole process from initial design, walking us through their property to see all the variety of stones they had available, with the final result being just stunning. They have a wonderful eye for design, thoughtful with letting you know where you are in their schedule, and their pricing is very fair for the work involved. We had such a great experience working with Stacey. She took her time to come and look at all our landscaping. Stacey listened to what we wanted and then made a plan within our budget and what we wanted. She shared expertise and took care of the little details. We found the whole process easy and positive.

Clark's has done several landscaping projects for us. Each was done for a reasonable price within a reasonable time frame. They listen to your wants and provide friendly top notch service. Plantings are high quality.

They created a beautiful waterfall & planting bed area in our backyard by the pool. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping projects, because they made our pool area into a paradise setting.

Roy and his team are professional, knowledgeable, kind, available, responsive, and detailed. Roy listens and knows his customer. This business and owner also worked well with our contractor when we renovated our house and landscaping! The finished work is planned and completed on schedule and is always stunning. The plants are healthy and suited for the landscape design. We highly recommend!!!

In 2016, Roy completely redesigned and rebuilt our shadeless backyard deck and patio, and our falling-down RR-tile retaining wall, tool shed and fence. In their place, he created an aesthetically pleasing, bright (and shady) space - which also includes a new art studio. It is now a joy to spend time in our backyard.

Roy and his crew were organized and skillful, and extremely flexible and easy to work with. We especially appreciate Roy's willingness to collaborate with us as new design opportunities presented themselves along the way.

Nick and Reed went out of their way today when taking care of my lawn. I asked for extra trimming by the back fence and they were so polite and did it without hesitation. They are always so nice when I talk to them. So polite!
