Horrible warranty handling experience. Purchased new Condencer. After install lasted 1day. The compressor stopped pumping. The warehouse gave the number for the person handling warranty. Call that number multiple times. Not picking up the phone, not returning missed calls nor voicemail. Next day contacted the warehouse again. They finally got me the form to fill out and I was told I need to go through the manufacturer’s warranty and they have nothing to do with it. Meanwhile, my customer out of A/C for five days. Getting frustrated with me the contractor. I don’t know how it’s gonna end but I know one thing. I wouldn’t buy another piece of equipment nor part from this warehouse ever again and I wouldn’t recommended for anybody else!

This place would rob you, bought a part for the furnace it was not working and they did not accept to exchange I understand they will not return but at least exchange the part with another one that works . Bad business will wont last long!

All while I was here Jimmy match the part with two other parts found the right part but the part into the metal price for me because I couldn't un screw it but it back to together for ne put into the box so it wouldn't break, give me a great price and sold me oil to keep my furnace running great!!!!!!

I bought that nighter and it was doing construction work at my house so I felt the vibration but I thought none of it my furnace was doing real good and then all the sudden the furnace went out and I'm trying to troubleshoot it and then I remembered I bought a nighter from Jimmy and here I am again I was out 4 days without heat they're about to close they close at 5:00 do you know that they stay open till 5:15 I'm standing here right now and he's got my a nighter and he's putting it back in the voice for me nobody in this world do things like this but him I'm so glad they hired him at this place he's great he goes Way Beyond a Call of Duty God bless her if anybody want to come get their parts this is the place to come not only courtesy friendly and it act like a family have a blessed day and remember God loves you and let Allah leave it your way
