Michael Price saved the day. Removed my old sump pump, installed the new one, even started squgeeing the basement floor to start the drying process. High recommend Edwards Plumbing and Heating

They came out today on a Sunday and replaced the hot and cold water shut off valves that shut off the water to my second floor. One was broken and had a minor leak and one couldn't be turned.

Now I have two new quarter turn shut off valve.

One plumber I asked before to replace them said the broken one couldn't be replaced because it was too close to the wood floor joist. Well this guy replaced it with no issues.

Professional on time and pleasant.
Our call wound up being late in the day and he was pleasant to deal with even at 830 pm.
Took care of our issues quickly and efficiently.

I had some flooding in my house's basement. Ken came and claimed that he snaked my sewer line. He told me that he used all 100 ft of the snake 2x to try and clear any blockages. He advised me to call the city to make sure the blockage wasn't in their main line. This took maybe 30 minutes.

The city foreman came by the same day, confirmed the blockage wasn't on their end. The foreman also implied that I should get a second opinion. I called another plumber who was referred by a family friend.

The new plumber actually took the time to test the flooding in the basement, cleared the blockage with about 40ft of snake and showed me that my sewer line was no more than 50 ft. He also charged significantly less. Ken was dishonest and probably was just looking to quickly move on to his next appointment as he was already late for mine. I can only thank Edwards Plumbing for teaching me a valuable lesson in observing your plumber more closely and not taking what they say at face value.

William was on time, honest, and helpful. He answered questions and was not in a rush to get to his next appointment. Very nice. The company communication with appointment time was great to! If we need plumbers again we will definitely be calling Edward's Plumbing

Kenneth came out to work on my issue less than 2 hours after I'd called, kept me informed about the work, gave clear advice on follow up steps and was easy to trust. Excellent service in every way.

James was very experienced, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, answered all my questions. He was very pleasant, cleaned up the area. I would give James a ten star, for the experience of working with him and would hire him and recommend him again!!!!

Aaron came and looked over my furnace because I had no heat. He made it look like clockwork and it took less than an hour to fix the compactor (I think that’s the name of it) and the thermostat. He is definitely the best!

Excellent tech. Explained everything as he went along. Did everything in a professional manner. Turned off only one side of the house’s water while working on the other side. Totally focused and easy to understand. Worked with integrity and took pride in his work. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.🤗

We needed a new gas line added for a heater in our sun room. Bobby was great! He came out for the estimate and to do the work for us. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, finished in less time than expected and even offered to help move furniture back into place after he finished the installation. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns, and he was flexible with my schedule. Unfortunately I did have to be proactive and follow up a few times with the scheduling department/ customer service myself to get scheduled after I approved of the estimate, and again when my scheduled window came and went without any communication. Overall it was a positive experience, the work was completed a little over a week after my initial inquiry, and I felt the pricing was fair.

Jerry came out right away to give us a quote for a water heater when ours sprung a leak. Jerry came back very next day to install new water heater. The job was alot more than most installs, but he did an amazing job.

Had this company come out to look at a thermostat issue. Sent someone out who took apart my furnace wiring, took me out to his truck and tried to charge me 250 for a 40 thermostat. Then another 250 for a controller that costs about 70 everywhere. I told him no thanks and he hopped in his truck to leave. He left all my wiring undone and forgot all of his tools in my basement. I stopped him before he left to go get his tools and asked him if it was too much to put my system back together that HE TOOK APART. He comes down, puts it together and leaves after taking his tools. Even though he put it back together, he still left the doors off so truly didn’t complete his job. I come back in the house and he still left my thermostat unhooked! So I paid $90 to have Edward’s leave my place in worse condition than when they got there. They followed up and I told them about the experience. They said they would follow up and it’s been a month I still haven’t heard a thing.. I called another company after this experience and the tech told me over the phone how to fix my issue and it worked! For free! So these guys were going to charge me over $600 for no reason. Shady business practices for sure. If you are going to use them, I highly recommend buying the product on your own and save literal hundreds.

Incredibly fast service! Next day fair quote, following day service was performed. Technician James Lloyd was exceptional. He was very patient explaining what was code and why. He went above and beyond by hooking up a dryer vent that I was going to attempt to attach. 100% recommend.

Arrived on time got the job done and did not rip us off. Michael was friendly and personable. We would recommend their services.

$80 to have him comeout and tell me its gonna cost $4500 to replace my power exhaust water heater. Sent him away called 3 other places and all quoted me under $2800 for the work. One guy even offered $3800 to install a tankless for me as an option. Tech was a good guy but unless you are made of money, call someone else.

Michael Price was nice, respectful and professional. Explained to me when my hot water was restored, what was done to rectify my issue (my hot water tank wouldn't reignite simply by pushing the pilot light ignite button) and this was at 1 am.

Just because you have "10 years experience" doesn't mean it's ok to charge someone almost $300 just to come hit a switch not do anything else other then that made it where I can't pay my house payment now because of it thanks not. Also called to have them come back out they never did asked for a refund because he didn't fix anything didn't get it now I'm being honest they don't like it

I had an aging water heater that started to leak. I called and someone came out at 2 AM to look at and had it replaced that same day. Walter could not have been friendlier and couldn't have done a better job. Very pleased. A++

Connor was very professional and efficient in resolving plumbing for larger garbage disposable and complete re-plumbing of the pipes and drainage on our laundry tub. Great job. Will use Edwards Plumbing again.

Michael price did an amazing job. Plus he cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him any day.
