James' work was excellent and he was professional during the repair.
The only negative for this experience was scheduling. The company wanted to pull James away from my scheduled repair with no notification which caused a lot of frustration, but they figured it out.

Called Sunday night and had an appointment set for Monday morning 8am-Noon. Called at about 10am Monday to confirm. A representstive answered and the appointment was confirmed, stating I was the next call. Waited until about 1130am, and was able fix the problem myself after a trip to Lowe's. Tried 4 times to call to cancel. Each time it was transferred to Edward's Plumbing, then hung on me after a message saying my 7.5 milli-seconds had expired (???). Unable to leave a message.
The company failed to show up or call during the day - it is now 9.15 pm.
I would rate this company as a ZERO. They are completely unreliable. DO NOT USE!
An hour after posting this review, I was contacted. I was told they were running behind and requested to send somebody the next morning. For the inconvenience, I was offered a 5% discount, which would have been $12.50. That was simply insulting and the inconvenience was to my 91 year old disabled father. Thank goodness I was able to somewhat fix it after a hardware store trip, amd habe another company coming out. Some people would have filed an ADA complaint with the EEOC. This company may have worked for other people, but I found them to be absolutely unreliable and with such poor customer service, they only contacted me (10 hours after their service window ended), because I posted this review. I DO NOT recommend them.

Walter came out to help with my Mom’s basement drain, which had been giving us trouble. He quickly diagnosed the issue, snaked the drain, and got everything working perfectly again. He was very knowledgeable and even shared some great tips for ongoing drain maintenance. Excellent service, friendly, and professional. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone having plumbing issues.

We awoke to find that we had a pipe burst in our crawl space so after shutting off the water off we began calling places to get someone out. Bare in mind this was a Sunday morning we had several companies give us crazy prices to even just come out. Some as high as $400 just to show up. Finally we called Edwards Plumbing and Heating and while we did have to wait a while to get someone out I could not have been happier that they were the ones we chose. The tech they sent out Keane Little did a stellar job he was quick professional and an utter pleasure to work with. I will definitely call them again. 😁😁😁 I did post this here and on Facebook.

Kenneth was great today! He got our sewage backup cleared out for us. He even informed us of an even bigger problem that we definitely need to attend to, sooner rather than later. Thanks again Kenneth!

This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I hired them for a sewer scope inspection, requesting a video in advance as part of the home-buying process. The technician’s video equipment didn’t work and he said they’d need to send someone else with “better equipment” or give him equipment that could actually record. I confirmed we needed the video for negotiations and a full report.

He proceeded with the scope anyway—using the wrong entry point and drilling into the pipe to access it. He said the line was pitched incorrectly but reassured me and my realtor it wasn’t a worst-case scenario and that he just needed to speak with his “boss” to get a quote for a hydro jetting. Three minutes later, he returned saying it was actually a major issue, estimating $4,900 per day for excavation and a minimum $20,000, even advising me not to buy the house.

We were stunned—how did it go from “not worst case” to “don’t buy the house” after one phone call, especially with no video evidence? The technician left and said another person would come record, but several hours later he returned, he was confused as to why they sent him since he told them that he still didn’t have the right equipment.

Weeks later, we still have no official video and no report, despite paying hundreds for both. We had to hire other professionals for second opinions, and both they and the city confirmed the issue was not worst-case as this company claimed.

This company is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and money-driven. They make false claims to upsell unnecessary work, and clearly don’t want to provide documentation that would expose it. Save yourself the time, stress, and money—go elsewhere.

Connor was polite and did a wonderful job installing our dishwasher. He clean up everything and check to make sure all was good with the dishwasher before he left. He even took my dishwasher out to the road for the garbage man to take away. Thank you Connor.

Jason was great to work with. He explained what he was going to do, and did exactly that. We had to move the bathroom plumbing plumbing from one room to another in our basement and Jason made it work. He is very professional and knows his business. I would recommend him and use him again

Brendan K was my service tech and he was great. He was able to come out an hour before the expected service window, gave me a fair price before he started working (cheaper than i expected), quickly unclogged my main drain, and went in with a camera to confirm the blockage was clear and advise on any future work to be done, all with a friendly demeanor

Never had work done by them fortunately. My neighbor did in march. In the process, they drove heavy machinery into my backyard, damaging my property. 3 months went by and I had to find out who caused the damage myself. They power washed my driveway, which is the only repair attempted, and in the process, damaged the paint on my garage. It seems like every job they do makes way for another job in the damage they cause through process. It has been two months plus+. I'm left to repair the damages myself and pursue legal action. Mr. Malcolm, will be quick to point out your transgressions if you use profanity while holding complete disregard his own unprofessionalism. I strongly advise against. The attached photos are the same photos I sent to the company. Poor accountability, poor professionalism, and poor business practice. They might be "Experts" but definitely not professionals.

Our pipes were frozen and we had no water coming out. We called Edwards plumbing and had Keane Little come out and help us. He was the absolute nicest and most respectful person. Such a knowledgeable tech. We are so happy with the overall service we got from Edwards. Will definitely recommend them to all our friends and family and use them again!

Roy saved us when our sump pump broke and started blasting water into the basement during some bad storms. He was friendly, polite, and explained everything in an easy to understand way. He replaced the old part that failed us and had everything running again within 10 minutes of his arrival, it was such a relief. Definitely recommend him and we will be sticking his number to the fridge in case of another emergency! Thank you!

Roy came out to replace a garbage disposal. He was on time, very friendly and personable and was able to complete the job quickly. He made sure everything was running correctly and there were no leaks. I would definitely use this company again.

I had eph out to my home to do a snake on a single drain and replace a wax ring for my toilet. Unfortunately only my wife was home as I was at work while “work” was done. Haven’t an issue with the wax ring but spent $425 on a snake cleaning which they say they snaked 50’ and 100’ which I’m not sure how since my septic is far less than 100’ to my clean out. My drain was never cleared because the issue was I had a cracked pipe directly next to my clean out which I was told any plumber worth being called a plumber would have noticed. Eph recommended I get my septic pumped which I did and even they knew there was a separate issue. After spending close to $2000. I found a local reliable and trustworthy plumber to fix my issue. Lesson learned shop around and find someone you can trust. Update: I don’t need to speak to you guys my backup started again 2 days after you left because yes the pipe was cracked and you could look down the clean out without a camera and see dirt and rock. I called out a different large plumbing company and was also raked over the coals for pricing and had a local company fix it for an 8th of the price. I added a picture from the top of my clean out for use. Mistakes happen but if this was noticed immediately it could of saved me a lot of money.
