New Center did the plumbing for me in a carriage house on the west side. Apparently they usually only do commercial jobs, but the contractor handling my build out knew a guy who knew the owner. I think my job helped the owner fill some open time in the schedule between some larger commercial jobs. They were professional and did the work well and showed up when they said they would, even during COVID times when it is near impossible to get professionals to your house. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is that after finishing all the work they didn't clean up well (dirt in the shower, handprints on the walls). Not a huge deal on otherwise good service.

They are very knowledgeable and professional. Kinda guys you'd like to have dinner with afterwards.

Needed thermostat replaced. Was able to get same day appointment and have the issue resolved

They saved the day and were professional and helped get the furnace working again in the dead of winter and resolve a bad situation with no heat

Their technicians were able to fix a furnace circuit problem that 2 other bigger companies had failed to fix. They had both told me I needed a new furnace but Fortune's techs saved me lots and my furnace is still working a year and half later. Thanks again guys.

The young man showed up on Oct 23rd to assess and recommend, took my $150 and has ghosted me ever since on sending me a written quote, setting a date/time to meet with him so that I can pay for the parts, and scheduling me for the install accordingly.

They got me up and running within the hour. My AC went out at 9 called at 10 fixed by 11! Great service and will use again.

I wish I could negative stars. You will be lucky to get anyone to show up for your appointment. No-called-no-showed 3 times on us and anyone you talk to is unprofessional. Edit: not the incorrect company- phone number, name and location are all the same.

Chevez did an installation for a new Furnace through HW, he did an excellent clean job from start to finish, he is highly skilled and professional, the process took couple hours and he was very thorough with the process.

Very knowledgeable professional and courteous A/C running within 15 minutes after arrival prices very reasonable looking to have my furnace replaced with them soon before cold season. Thank you we will sleep well tonight enjoying the coolness.
