Arrived at job site after giving a quote site unseen and taking my $3000.00 deposit. Then determines that job can't be completed until tree and utility pole is removed. Asked for refund of my deposit they refused. Hired another company to complete the job. Taking them to court for my deposit. Poor business practices, would never recommend this company!!

There was an experience that was frustrating at first, but they totally made it right almost immediately. I'm impressed with their level of service. No business is perfect; I look for businesses who take concerns seriously and move forward with integrity and proficiency and Calhoun's has done so.

The job was done right. I will call them again.

I can’t stress how much I trust and rely on everyone at Calhoun’s plumbing! I’ve been using their services for the last 4 years on my 90 year old house that of course came with its fair share of the “fun” exciting surprises that a home of that age is destined to have. I’m always in good hands with Christine and she sends out super knowledgeable supportive plumbers that are willing to try and find a solution that works with your budget. There is no one else I call when I have an issue with my plumbing ❤️

Definitely recommend this company if are looking for a local plumber. The only issue that I had with them was the call-in prompt took longer than I would have liked, but their drain and sewer services are cheap and worth the price. They performed service on my pipes using their drain snake and cleaned up after they were complete.

Install a new toilet wax ring on a leaky toilet. Toilet continue to leak. So I tried to call and text Al and Demetrius numerous times. Went straight to voicemail. Never a call back and no response. So I had to pay another plumber to do the job right. What’s so interesting is that I was going to hire them to do a much larger job. I try and support my local business when I can. But when I do I get someone that’s trying to get over on people.

Just moved in my new house and the front water hose faucet busted sending water everywhere for hours, Brock’s Plumbing came threw in less than a half an hour an fix the problem and only charged the service fee!!!

I do not recommend this company. We had the worst experience. Besides the fact that he never shows when he says, he DOESN'T stand behind his work! He speaks in circles, if you can get him to return a call. Absolute worst company that I have dealt with as a home owner!! Save yourself the trouble and headache
