Worst business I have ever dealt with. Owner Jerome Morgan very rude. So dude I’m not sure why he’s still in business. But I do know he’s connected to the kwame campaign. They still giving him jobs and he don’t know what he’s doing. All factual

I picked up this wood chipper from Tampa FL and delivered to Jemor Plumbing &Heating in Detroit off Dale st and when I was never paid .. I called and called and a Lady told me she released a check to a company named Glass Co with a attitude for the delivery after I confirmed that it Should be made out to my company .. I’m owed over 3k for this load and I plan on going to file court paperwork since nobody will let me contact the owner of this company !!!!!! If you are the owner please reach out to me so we can resolve this matter peacefully thank you I have a family and it’s Christmas time ..

I used this man 1 or 2 week ago and now I have the same problem. I got up and called him this morning Saturday October 30, 2021. He told me that he wasn't coming back out and I has to repay someone else to come redo a job I paid him for. He was very unprofessional rude and told me that he don't give guarantees on nothing that he do.... I WILL NEVER USE HIM AGAIN REV.CHRIS BROOME

Chris was courteous, listened to my problem, arrived at my address with the right tools on time, quickly took care of the clogged drain from outside in the backyard and was on his way within 20 mins. I love with his professionalism and promptness would recommend to others in the Detroit area.

Chris did a great job, and was super helpful in actually showing me what he was doing so I could help myself more the next time! I locked in his number and will be calling him back for all my home plumbing needs. 5 stars.

I worked with Brock, professional guy and even cleaned up after his self. I would recommend him. Even though, he needs to work on giving out receipts. He did good work.

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

Our building has used Mr. Poronga for a variety of sewer and drain issues over the past few years as we reside in a 100+ yr old building. They have been fantastic on service, promptness, and costs! Always transparent and honest. Highly recommend.

Mr Poronga is Amazing. We had a pipe burst late in the evening. When we called around no one was availible except Mr Poronga . they said they would have someone out in one hour. Indeed Otoniel arrived within the hour. He quickly assessed the situation, we thought he would just return in the morning to do the job. However, He worked late into the night to insure our family had a working Bathroom. The job was not yet complete but we had a bathroom. Otoniel returned in the morning to finish the Job and clean up everything. Afterwards he explain what had been done and any further instructions. Mr Poronga is a lifesaver
