On a snowy morning sewer backed up I called PS plumbing and within an hour they was here and fix the problem thanks PS Plumbing.

Paul and crew are the best plumbers I've ever worked with. Very reasonable cost, approachable, kind, and professional. I won't use anyone else.

Ken was very Professional explain everything in detail,on time,clean up after working, and had me test shower to make sure I was satisfied.I would Definitely refer Ken to my friends and the family.

Not the best experience. No warning about the $55 service call. Regardless if no work is performed. They are really decent people, just afraid to proceed with further services.

Have been to my house 3 times for various plumbing issues. Fast, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Good job. First guy ran the snake as far as he could and feared a broken sewer line. A second, more experienced guy came and ran a bigger snake with a bigger head and cleared the drain all the way to the main line at the front of the house. That saved us a basement tear up and big expense.

Will was amazing and Mr Paul was very accommodating, very professional. I got a main water line installed and it was done very efficiently and quickly I appreciate this business and will be doing business with them again soon

Note: even though they was not able to solve my basement flooding problems...I still think they deserve 4 stars. They gave it their best shot but could not open the drain up ...best thing THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME! They tried but I think they were worried about breaking their equipment or something. I have had a basement flood one other time since living in this house. That was 5 years ago, I have lived here 6 years. There was a father and son plumbing team that had service this house 20 plus years. The previous owner referred them to me back then. Unfortunately, the father pass away and the son stop doing plumbing due to health problems, so I could not call them. They got the drain and flooding open by going in my backyard to a hole in the ground, not sure what it was but they snake it out and wa laa my drains were open for 5 years! PS plumbing make the second plumber out to my house. The first one 2 weeks ago came out and open up drain stuff in the basement to the toilet problem and gave me 30 day warranty, but things plug back up again. He won't honor his 30 day warranty so that is why I call PS plumbing I saw their good reviews. I wish they knew how to locate the cleanout drain I think its called in my backyard and snake it...but I don't know where it is and they did not either but even if did find it they was ready to go and was not about to mess up their equipment...so yeah I get it. I do appreciate them not taking my little money for I am disabled on a small fixed income and it's a struggle...that is why I give them 4 stars...they tried snaking in the basement but that did not work and they did not take my money so I thank them for that. Have had other plumbers still want a fee and nothing got fixed but not them they tried and did not ask me to give them a fee for coming out...very good people and thank you!

When called for emergency service on a Sunday morning they immediately responded with professionalism and courtesy and resolved the issue. The owner took pictures of worked performed and clearly explained the issue. I would highly recommend their services and are reasonable price.

I woke up to a basement full of water today on Sunday morning before church. I called PS and within 45 minutes Will showed up and saved the day. Because I am having a kitchen redo, the sink was disconnected, but the valves were not shut off completely which means water was running 4 days. 10 Minutes, the problem was discovered and solved. I paid for a little extra work to be done, so the water was totally reconnected, dishwasher and drains AND, I still made it to church on time. This a 5-star business.

We called Ps Plumbing after two unsuccessful attempts to get our drain open. After a long day Paul told us he would come the following day. He starts at 7am and would call us when he’s on the way. 645am i received the call reconfirming our address and 650 they were in our basement with SMILES!! It’s the little things that count and they totally impressed me. Unknowingly they had a big job on their hands, but they handled it like the pros they are, still WEARING SMILES!!!! I’m so so so so impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. #supportsmallbusinesses

He came when he said he would and let you know exactly what you needed 2 get the job done.Nice attitude and didn't try to over charge you and get the job done quick.YES I would call him again if I ever needed a experience plumber again. Paul is AWESOME!! I am so grateful to have been lead to this company. I feel it was Divine Intervention because not only was he prompt but gracious and competent. And as a single woman homeowner (not trying to use the 'gender card' but have been THOROUGHLY taken advantage of in the past) I know he was fair and honest with me. I can't sing enough praises! I recommend this company to EVERYONE! And will do business with him for all of my properties in the future!

Awesome and very respectful and professional gentleman all three guys on time very cheap and fast service they know what they're doing anybody who calls them will not be disappointed by any means necessary they know what they're doing they will be in and out and have the job done and no time and they do multiple things from snaking drains replacing toilets replacing faucets as well as hot water tanks and if you don't have a car not a problem they will go pick up the parts for you me my self I have had my drain snaked toilet replaced and now my bathroom faucet. Next month I will be calling Paul and his guys to come back out and replace my hot water tank next month. They are very dedicated professional respectful and dirt cheap recommend them to anyone I know.
