I needed my toilet replaced and Mr. Washington was available and ready when I called. His work is great and he made sure I knew exactly what he was doing. He was also cheaper than a few other plumbers I called before him. Great service! Very Recommendable!

Yes... I went with this company because of the online reviews... THANK YOU.. they were accurate. I didn't have a simple snake drain problem. DiY rental didn't work. First guy said, call another plumber. I googled and called these guys. Man, I'm thankful. A little floor tile had to be beat up but I'm so grateful he didn't give up like the first guy.
My only regret... I didn't have a lot of cash so I could only give him a $10 tip. They deserved more. I will surely lock them in my phone.

Recently had service to unclog drain, after which left a leak that was not there until after service was completed. Call to have if fixed, plumber came back out, leak not fixed. Second call back to have them come back out and was told there would be a charge for a part. I asked why, Mr Paul was unable to articulate an answer and stated he would just give me my money back. This was one of the answers I received. "You know how when you take a car in to get fixed and they find something else wrong with it. I don't know why its leaking!" Unacceptable!

My basement flooded something terrible and I called at 6:30am the gentleman that picked up the phone was NOT rude and sounded like he was ready to work. He sent someone out to be within the hour. The man that came to my door name is Kenneth, he immediately handled my problem and was very nice! I just say this is a very professional company.

This guy was great! He was on time and service was excellent! He came to unclog my drain in the basement and did a phenomenal job. He also went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect and professional. Recommended him to a family memeber or 2 and no complaints so far! I'm big on customer service and Mr Washington was the true definition of great customer service.

Paul and his boys were everything I expect from a professional contractor. I had issues with my basement backing up after heavy rainfall and they came out same day, resolved the issue in less than 20 minutes and explained everything to me upfront as well as what to expect moving forward (I would eventually need a trap replaced to resolve the issue permanently). Price was very reasonable and all 3 gentlemen were extremely professional.

I was very happy with the work William did. I used PS Plumbing Services in the past and the work was done correctly the first time. They are also affordable. He took lots of pictures and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. So happy I found a company that knows what their doing.

We called them in the morning and they were able to come by within the hour to assess what needed to be done. The access panel was not large enough for them to repair our shower at this time, but they were able to repair a leak under our kitchen sink quickly and I couldn't be happier with the work done. I am beyond impressed and will be using PS Plumbing in the future!

We had a sewer back up on a Sunday morning. Amazingly, Kevin was out within an hour and had it fixed in no time. Great service and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and will give them my future business.

Amazing service. Called a couple other guys and they thought they could be here tomorrow morning. Called PS and they said they could be here in 45 minutes. Their man Will was here in 19 ! He cleaned out our sewer main line in about half an hour and left us with some great advice. Top flight ! Their number is going in my phone for sure.

I had called at least 5 other plumbing companies and none of them could fit me in today. Due to water coming up from both my drains in the basement. I called PS plumbing Services LLC. Was told the price and would have someone out in 45 minutes. The Tech. Did a great job and clean up after. Thank you PS Plumbing. I have put you in my contact for all my plumbing needs.

We moved in at the beginning of august to a new home that had been vacant for sometime due to renovations. Soon as we moved in we started having issues with the main drain and others in our basement.

I found PS online and through word of mouth from some friends. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BOMB!!! The guys that have come out have been nothing short of phenomenal!! Prices are very reasonable and won’t break the bank. Extremely satisfied with their work!!

Paul, the owner, has come by during our job and was very knowledgeable and up front on everything, no BS at all. Quick response and services.

We plan to continue to use Paul and his team anytime we have issues.

I called a bunch of plumbers in the area. PS Plumbing was the first to call me back with availability. Kevin arrived quickly and was able to fix our clogged kitchen sink, no problem. Price was reasonable, too. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had them come out for an estimate to fix my shower drain in the basement. He was very professional and thorough! He even checked to make sure what was installed was done correctly and to see if I can put a garbage disposal in. Would definitely recommend!!!

Responded very quickly to us and came out the same day. We had an urgent issue with a failed water heater and he took care of it within an hour for a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend him and plan to hire again in the future.

We don’t recommend this guy. Was non responsive after he got paid. We called him for a week before we could even get in contact. There were things discussed he didn’t finish for us then tried to charge us extra to do what was supposed to be done. Messed up brand new floors complained about it made excuses as if we ruined them.

Just overall not the level of service we were looking for.
