They dug up my yards 4months ago blamed it on the city so called came and fixed it the problem still the same came out to redig the yard up and now dodging me I sent multi texts and calls still no service I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy

They are very unprofessional I purchased a refrigerator from them it went out in a month I called to get it repaired or get a new one they ran me circles for two days finally when get came out to bring a new one the guy left to go get help took 3 hours to come back I will never recommend this place to anyone also the owner hung up in my face and over talked me constantly not a good spot at all

Called about installation of a part in 5 of my houses and explained that I was out of state. Asked for a picture of the part which I explained I knew nothing about and he hung up.

There are some things that could be affordable to people some people don't have heat they can get a good furnace or a hot water tank so it's pretty good and pretty reasonable

My experience with this company was poor came to s job basement flooded didn't complete job said must be a city problem charged $125.00 I called another plumber company same day came out they got the job done I would not recommend

Came out twice because, drains was still having the same issues, so the second time, not sure if the guy was upset or rushing, but why would you leave a mess like this and not didn't bolt toliet back down, left bolts on the sink

Bad service came out to snake drain i didnt here anything went in basement to two young men on their phone water was back with then 24 hours and they busted the drain i receive ssi a 125 dollars is a lot for me company's like this i want deal with again.

They don't mind helping people out cuz they not know Sears and Roebucks they just another little black organization to trying to help each other out that's all thank you plus we got on call Plumbing Milton Fortune number is 313 7 for 8 3089 that's on call Plumbing call us anytime 24/7 thank you

I wait for them to show up for a job for 5 days. They make promises and never show up. I won't be working with them again.

Basically charged me 185 for nothing Mr.Campbell is a thief and a liar told me guy was gone come back to finish the job it’s been 6days DONT CALL THEM FOR ANY SERVICE

On a HOLIDAY these very professional men came to my home and quickly resolved my issues with my bathroom flooding and sink draining to my basement, 2 1/2 hours later done. I appreciate the friendly and affordable service I received.

Pilot went out in the hot water tank. Mr.Campbell promised to send someone out to fix the issue since we have a 5 year warranty and instead turned his phone off and refused to answer because its the holiday weekend.

This is a total rip off. Still having the same problem after 4 months. Will be filing a report to the better business bureau. Will also be going to small claims court. Run don't walk away from this company!!!

Man I wish I had read the reviews before letting my brother call these people...Do not call them!!!! Bad business!!! They Do not keep their word!!!! They came out on a Sunday...Did the work was paid in full gave a 3 yr. Warranty. The work didn't last 2 weeks we called these people back a couple days later a guy came back out...it was the same spot the pipes they replaced were too small and had came back apart. The guy said he would have to come back to fix it....smh I personally called the owner I think his name is Campbell....This Man is full of BS....told me he was sending someone to fix it but they never showed up this Man stops answering your calls....Now I have to take this man to small claims court....save yourself the money, time, and heartache!!!!! Ridiculous and so sad!!!!

Really bad company that often advertises on Craigslist and Facebook. They supposedly warranty their work but they don't honor it. My main sewer needed to be snaked and Ralynd Knox came out to snake it for $125. It appeared to work but within 16 hours it was backed up again. I informed him of the problem and his response was he would dig my yard up for $1,500. What about coming back out to snake it again? Nope he just wants $1,500. STAY AWAY!!!
