What a rip off!!! Don"t even call these people! Charged me $125 dollars to do absolutely nothing.Wanted to charge me $150 What kind of a business doesn't take a credit card? They took me to the ATM to get the cash. We stopped at the store to get change and what do they come out with? BEER!! CHEAP BEER!! At !0:30 in the morning! Really professional. Huh? You try to patronize the neighborhood businesses and you get taken advantage of. A1 Plumbing is not!!!

Don't NEVER EVER GO HERE. How do you sell me a furnace, and hot water tank that didn't even work. And then when I bring it back it take you a WHOLE week to fix it. You call me and say its finally ready and when i get there its worse than the first time. So they say they need 2 more days to fix it, finally the last day they forget the furnace doors... Smh

I don't recommend anyone go here and buy a furnace..
A man name Campbell that's in a wheelchair I selling things that don't work plus he doesn't want to give you your money back ..

Came out to my home on July 11th to snake a basement drain did the job but here it is August 2 and they are back to do the samething. We were given a 30 day warranty that they didn't want to honor told us it was going to be a 30 dollar fee. Then what is the point of the warranty? The owner waved it but then the employees get to my house and say the $30 is for gas we told them the owner waved it this makes no since? Then they were just unprofessional came in street clothes and was just unprofessional the language they used. It was just a terrible experience today then the young guy asked for a tip. Yall have a good day this company is one I will never use again.

Big mistake hiring this guy. I had more problems after than before. He told me he was done so I paid him in full then he said he needed to go grab a piece to fix a leak and would be back in 30 min then I never saw him again. Amateur plumber, big waste of money. I had to hire a real plumber to fix all his mistakes.

Used appliances - mostly hot water heaters. I purchased a hot water heater and it came with a 6 month warranty. All of their hot water heaters come with a 6 month warranty. I took it home and installed it. It worked for a week before it stopped working. I called them to get them to come repair it. They missed several appointments and it ultimately took them two weeks. After finally making the repair the damn thing broke again a week after that. They still have not been back. They will not honor their warranty. Don't waste your time or money at A1 Plumbing.

Plumber didn’t come with a long enough snake and brought the minimum. They halfway did the job and afterwards I had to pay another plumber to fix what they didn’t do. On top of that they said they needed to dig up the backyard which was obviously a ploy to rob me of more money.

Me and my wife were kind to him and inviting. my wife does alot of repairs so she talked to him about it and went to agree with what he was saying and he told her dont interrupt men because men dont like that and belittled her and was rude. She walked away and he got upset and left didnt even come back to finish the job and called us back to futher be rude and belittle us and then try to over charge us up to 700 for just some draino because he didnt like us. Very unprofessional for someone who claimed he wouldnt do somthing like that beacuse he said hes a Christian man

These people are a joke. They came out to snake a drain and said if I had any problems that they would be back out with no problem. Well when the back-up reoccured it took them 12 hours to come back out to my property. SMH

Avoid at all costs. They came out 3 times and didn't fix my backed up sewer by snaking it.Told me it was 140 feet out.I measured it was 80 feet.They said we are going to have to dig up the backyard for 4500.00.I called a different plumber and they said snakes the roots out for 300.Never again.

I had a basement issue. The service was prompt and the Techs were professional. They even cleaned up when they were done. I have used them in the past, and would definitely call again, if needed!

They sold me a non-working hot water heater and then they stopped answering the phone for me.

I would recommend A 1 Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. I had them dig up my backyard a couple of years ago. Recently, I had a problem and they came out right away to fix it. They did an exceptional job. I had another plumbing problem in the basement and that they completed that job as well. They even worked with me on the cost of the job. I can’t say enough about Mr. Campbell and his workers. I highly recommend A 1 Plumbing to any and everyone!

The owner of A1 Plumming Mr. Campbell do you work on a property behind my house they used a backhoe and dug a 8‘ x 10‘ hole behind my home destroyed my fence destroyed my garage and never fixed it never came back to reimburse me for the damage that was done I have videos and pictures

DO NOT HIRE! DO NOT INQUIRE! You came the the reviews for a reason...unless you have money to throw in the air..beware!! Check out the photos of their work! They are janky plumbers! I have to pay more money to redo the entire job. Everything they "fixed" is back messed up after a week or was never fixed in the first place. Amateur at best. Tore a hole in my wall and the fix was horrible! The shower head is hanging out the wall and the hole started cracking soon as it dried! When asked to come fix it they gave me the "I'm on my way" for 3 days! Do not trust these people they are scammers and the work is terrible. The owner RAY CAMPBELL doesn't even do plumbing "he's In a wheelchair so he hires neighborhood guys to help him".

They sent a dirty filter and intoxicated gentleman out. He tried charging me even though I showed him that I had a thirty day warranty from my last visit from them. Then scammed me out of $125 for work not done. Very unprofessional company. Owner promised to return my money. Kept lying and making excuses. Last one was he took out a Cash App loan. Didn't pay it so they took their money so now he can't pay me back. Smh
