I've known about this supply store since I was a teenager. I was told that I could go there with any plumbing problem I ever had and they would have an answer. I'm 51 now and still go to Atlas.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I WENT THERE TO GET PARTS FOR A TUB OF A RENTAL PROPERTY. UPON ARRIVAL I SEE A SIGN THAT SAYS CALL AND PLACE YOUR ORDER. THE LADY ON THE PHONE ASKED ME WHAT DID I NEED I'M NO PLUMBER SO I TRIED MY BEST TO EXPLAIN WHAT I NEEDED. SHE TOLD ME TO TAKE PICTURES AND SEND THEM TO HER. AFTER ABOUT TEN MINUTES OF STANDING IN THE PARKING LOT WAITING FOR A RESPONSE A GUY COMES OU TTI GIVE A CUSTOMER THEIR ITEMS AS HE'S WALKING IN I SAY EXCUSE ME CAN I ASK YIU A QUICK QUESTION HE SAID I CAN'T LOOK AT ANYTHING CALL OR SEND PICTURES AND HE SLAMMED THE DOOR. FEW MINUTES LATER HE COMES OUT TO GI E SOMEONE ELSE THEIR ITEMS SO ISAID EXCUSES ME WHAT IF I E ALREADY CALLED AND TEXTED 20 MINUTES AGO. HE INSTANTLY GOT AN ATTITUDE. AND SAID WE'RE BUSY AND ONCE AGAIN SLAMMED THE DOOR THIS WAS ABIUT 30 MINUTES AGO AND I'VE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL. DURING THIS TERRIBLE TIME WE ALL NEED TO BE ABLE TO GO TO THE FEW BUSINESSES THAT ARE OPEN AND TRY TO STICK TO SOME KIND OF NORMALCY I WILL DEFINITELY NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW THE SAME F. Y. I. HOME DEPOT IS OPEN TOO.
