The customer service is so bad. I came in at 2:30 and didn’t leave until 2:40 and it was only one customer.

Would not let you speak to actual say why you were in there... never been here but he over talked me so much.. I just was like nevermind and walked out...

Neat, bustling plumbing store with a good stash of steam radiators; I picked up two. These are not widely available. I got the reference from my HVAC guys at Gee and Missler. Also got some pellets to clear a clogged upstairs bath and sink.

What can I say, they'll sell you snake oil... :/

Atlas was wonderful, I had to return a product and they gave me no problems. Their showroom and displays are beautiful a must see must visit.

The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. Always great attitudes and parking in the back is a huge plus. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable plumbing supply.

They have everything you could ever need for ancient as well as new plumbing. The prices are great and I am so glad that I walked into this store. You have a new customer for life!

The team here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service that Lisa Bruno delivered was excellent when I visited to purchase hot water tanks and other plumbing supplies.

Always have the parts we need. My Father started me out buying from Atlas in the 60's, and I've never used anyone else.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people. The discount they gave me just because I asked was impressive. Highly recommend atlas to everyone who needs plumbing parts, fixtures, or just looking was fun😉

I used Atlas with no issues for several years. Now I have a less than 6 month old water heater with an issue, and they refuse to handle warranty even though they sold the machine. I expect better, and will take my business elsewhere.

No one is knowledgeable of the products that's there and what they're used for when you do talk to someone they ask you about stuff that you're not even asking about to try to sell other things that's not related to the items that you come there for. They always try to confuse you, instead of just giving you the items that you asked for. And for a bunch of men that certified to do plumbing or plumbing knowledgeable the only one that is knowledgeable and that is capable of helping you with knowing everything is a lady that's there and she's been there twice out of the three times that I've visited this store.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the employee, Eric gateway he went beyond his job to make sure that everything was done all of my questions was answers, and that I was satisfied and make sure I was getting the right part. I will continue up to this location as long as Eric Gatewood is employed at this location . He deserve a raise great job all tens across the board.

I'm not sure how many women work here, but this lady with glasses was like a wizard! She breezed through everything we needed and got us all the necessary supplies to fix our claw foot tub! Highly recommend this place

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Give them a chance to hear your problems, and they are sure to have a useful solution for you. A recommendation if you don't know exactly what you are looking for: take plenty of pictures of your "issue" and head over there to puzzle over them with someone behind the counter. You'll leave happy for sure.

I highly recommend this business. The employee was extremely helpful and patient with me. My part was not available so he referred me to another location which I think is a great business practice. I will utilize their services again. Great!!!

Very knowledgable and helpful staff, which I can't always say for big box stores. They helped me fix my kitchen faucet. They were very patience with me as I'm not the most knowledgeable in this area.

Prices are reasonable too! Have a small selection of tools as well.

Lisa is amazing. I have spent hours on line trying to find bathroom and kitchen fixtures. We spoke with Lisa, she listened, and located everything we needed. Faucets and fixtures just appeared effortlessly and were exactly what we wanted. She definitely knows her stuff and is so easy to work with. It was worth the trip from the other side of town.
