They came a hour and a half late, then charge me an extra 20 dollars which wasn't a problem until I went down there to see they left every thing they pulled out the main drain. I will never use this company again I highly disappointed🖓🖓🖓

I called GlassHouse Plumbing to have them snake out the main drain after reading several five star reviews online, and I am sooooooooo glad that I did! Mind you that it was a shot in the dark, and basically a last ditch effort, because the plumber that came out two days earlier had me in a real panic because he claimed that he couldn't successfully snake out the main drain, and that in his opinion it was because the main line pipe had collapsed. He then started rattling off about $2,500 to have his crew come out, and dig up the backyard. Something just didn't feel right to me!

Enter GlassHouse Plumbing! They were scheduled to come out at 1:00 p.m., but surprised me when they called at 11:00 a.m., and said that they would be out in about 45 minutes. Two men arrived, and they looked quite young, and I started thinking to myself, "Did I make a mistake calling this company?" The young men were very well mannered, and totally professional. They brought their equipment right in, and started getting to work. After about 15 minutes of snaking, the main drain started to open, and they continued to it was completely open. You talk about lifesavers! Whew!!! GlassHouse Plumbing you are the best! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Two young men showed up to my property to snake out main drain. The house had sat vacant for over 2 years and was about to be occupied. Within 5 minutes of running their machine, the snake hit an obstruction and would not go any further. The young man standing near the drain pulled the snake attachment but it would not move so the other person reversed the machine and pulled the snake out. There was a bit of mud on the end and I was told that the sewer collapsed. I was quoted a price of $3500 and they left after requesting full payment of $120 after working for less than 10 minutes. Paid a different plumbing contractor the next day for camera services but he didn't need to use that service because after hitting the same obstruction that the GlassHouse plumbing employees the previous day, the new contractor continued attempting to break thru and he did. After he had gone the 65' out to the main sewer drain, he came back with tree roots. I feel cheated and scammed out of my money because the GlassHouse plumbing employees never tried to get past the blockage, told me that I needed my sewer line replaced and they charged the full amount even though they did nothing.

This company play on senior citizen!!! they do not do good work, I have to call them out five times for one job (the same job ) I have to find another company to fix the problem!!! If you hire this company it's at your own risk and zero Stars for them!!! Sorry!!! it wasn't the floor it was what you said was wrong with it you didn't fix it right!!!

Extremely disappointed might as well as strong arm robbed me! Called about Hot water heater not staying lit at my tenants house he sends Ivan, Ivan does work and says it's fixed. I pay him $85, tenant calls back not even 10 minutes and says the pilot light went out again. I call Ivan no answer call call main number no answer. PRIOR to that getting answered 2 ring maximum. Hour later Ivan call back you looking for a plumber. I explain he say well you need a new tank that ONE is from 2012. I'm like you basically charged me $85 and did nothing "I was able to get it lit." His response you can apply it towards future work

Had a drain plunged in my basement, just had put in a new furnace so I was scared that the flooded water from the rain would damage my new furnace. So I was referred to Glasshouse Plumbing and they came out with In 3 hours of my call...they did a very good job..very nice and polite and efficient. Number stored in my phone.Thanks guys 👏👏👏👏🙂🙂🙂

Never having worked with a plumber before, I called Glasshouse based on the reviews and am so glad I did. Ivan was professional and courteous, called and showed up when he said he would (which I've found is rare in my search for a plumber), and completely fixed my drain problem for a price that was a deal. Definitely recommended.

I requested a estimate, two people showed up to my house and barely spoke two words to me. They were not very professional when talking over the phone. I have now waited over a week for my quote for the proposed work. I have called 3 different times to try to prompt them to give me a quote and still no response. I wouldn't use this company if they were the lowest price I got, not worth the headache.
