They were probably the only company that came on time. Everything was smooth and they were able to snake my drain. No complaints

I called it took them about 30 to 40 minutes before they arrive at my home. They assessed the problem and gave me a price which was fair, and the repair took all of about 30 minutes. Very professional. And really nice guys. If I needed work again will definitely call Bryant and sons plumbing.Thank you

I had B&S’s plumbing installed a new water heater and I couldn’t be more impressed from the start to finish. They were professional trustworthy and punctual. They arrived right on time completed the installation, officially and left everything clean and organized.

Not only did they offer great price, but they also backed to work with a one year warranty on the install installation and a six year warranty on the unit itself which gave me complete piece of my is clear that they stand behind work and truly care about their customers

They even offered financing which made the whole process even much smoother thank you Bryant’s!

Called Bryant and Sons when my toilet started acting up and wouldn’t stop running. They came out the same day, found the problem right away, and had it fixed in no time. Super friendly, knew what they were doing, and didn’t try to overcharge me. Everything works perfectly now. I’d call them again without thinking twice.

I needed emergency service on Saturday. The AI based attendant almost made me hang up since the capability is still fallible. The AI system said a tech will arrive by 1015a. My tech arrived at 1145a pretty big gap.
The tech was very nice but $600 to snake my line is not cool. The caulking around the toilet was very sloppy and incomplete saw that knocks a star off.
Not sure I would call Bryant again. Sloppy work/high cost/ No human dispatcher

Update: The Impeller appears to be damaged from the snake process and now we have air or blockage in the line left unaddressed. I asked to speak to a manager or owner and no call or follow-up.

The entire team is amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. My plumbing issues were fixed immediately. I will definitely look to them in the future.

I appreciated the regular text updates for when they’d arrive (not a window of the day where you KNOW that plumber might be late!) which were smack on time.

My shower head was leaking and I called Bryant and Son’s and they were able to come the same day and repair it for me and were very reasonable and professional, I’d definitely recommend them hands. Thank you again

Very professional. They walked me through the issue and my options. They were respectful of my property giving options that would be most beneficial. Fast service. I Called and they arrived within the hour.

They arrived in a very timely fashion for a Friday morning sewer line clearing and camera. We were promised a report and estimate within 24 hours as this is for a very time-sensitive inspection period. We did finally receive the report on Sunday evening and were able to provide the necessary documentation to the Seller. Thank you.

While I believe they tried their best, their best wasn't professional and not a service I can recommend. This work was done by trainees both times

I called for a ceiling leak due to a shower. Visit one ended in using my own supplies to caulk the shower in 20 mins and a bill for $325 which I felt was way out of proportion for the work, in this instance they agreed and lowered the bill just to the visit and diagnosis.

A diagnosis which was incorrect and led to a much longer downtime to solve the issue.

The second visit, involved opening drywall in two locations. Without any scoring and no preparation they began to swing wildly missing their mark and putting additional holes in my wall and ceiling then tearing the paper and paint to pull the drywall away. Simple planning and scoring marks could have taken the shotty job to at least average.

After the damage was done they left saying they would communicate with my warranty company and be back the next day. We are now 9 days out and I haven't heard a word from them, only a quote for $1050 to replace a perfectly fine shower manifold.

After my own assessment, I went and purchased tape, compound, and an L fitting for the shower. $13 and 30 minutes later and the job was done, no drywall opening needed.

This was a nightmare of an experience and highly unprofessional.

I do not recommend working with this team.

They came the same day! Within hours of my call. We were flooding, ceiling in basement falling down. They found the problem with icemaker water leak. It happened while on vacation causing the damage over time. We were impressed with how conscientious they are and returned the next day with the water line that will never fail. I would hire them again!

We had a stubborn clog in our kitchen sink that kept coming back. Isaiah from Bryant and Sons Plumbing came out and did a snake and scope. He showed us the camera footage, explained the issue, and cleared the line perfectly. Super professional and friendly. Our sink has been working great ever since!

A really good experience with the Bryant team. Great communication about their same day (early) arrival time, much appreciated when you have a plumbing emergency. They snaked and scoped our line out of the house, and could show me where the blockages are. They explained clearly what could be fixed now and what would take a bigger job. My immediate problem was fixed well, and we'll bring them back for the rest of the work later.
They were also kind enough to stay and fix another partially clogged drain problem that emerged while we were running water for the snaking. I hope we didn't mess up their timing for the rest of the day! Anyway, we are grateful for their continued great service☺️
