Full disclosure: I had to say I used them to post the review. But I didn't.

I didn't use them because 1) their website form doesn't work and 2) their phone does not connect directly to a single plumber. This is a service that connects people with multiple plumbers. NOT what I was looking for, and doubly annoying because they don't make it clear that they're solely a zip-code based referral service.

Three stars because I'm sure the plumbers they refer you to are fine. But they lose two for misleading marketing and shoddy website UX.

Best plumbing service I've used in Detroit. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I'll definitely call them again for any future issues.

I'm glad I called!! Mr. Lee Johnson was my representative and is very affordable and professional with a caring demeanor!! He really was concerned about my problems and will be who I call from now on with my plumber issues! Great website, great options, great people!!

Never got service or had anyone reach out

This has been our go-to plumbing service for all of our needs. We've had them come out multiple times and they have always done a great job in a timely manner. The plumbers are professional, knowledgeable and friendly, which makes it so easy to trust them with our plumbing needs. Highly recommend this company!

The team at Detroit Plumbing and Drain Services did an outstanding job. They were quick, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

DO NOT Recommend. Quoted one price, workers came double charged, did not complete nor clean up after theirselves. Called back to find out why. They’ve been giving me run around since.

I'm only putting a low star rating so that I make a comment. I called the very number listed and it directed me to some guy that said he's from New York. The owners of this business should look in to seeing if they're number is being redirected to the wrong company or if they have the wrong number listed.
