0 ⭐️. I had scheduled an appt for morning 8am-12pm. They said they would let me know when they’re otw. Not the case 12pm goes by 1pm goes by 1:33 comes around I get a missed call with a vm asking if I still needed their service. No apologies no reason to why they didn’t show up or courtesy call to let me know they’re behind. Why are you calling me asking me I still needed help? If I had scheduled an appt with you then yes I need your help….you wanna call me 1.5 hr after the appt window to ask If I needed help still??? Are you kidding me?! I scheduled for the morning for a reason, I’m not gonna flex my time and my schedule to your time for whatever reason. If you had called me in the morning to let me know you were running behind then we could’ve worked something out. But this is very unprofessional! Disappointed

I had a sump pump drain line problem that needed urgent attention on the Friday before the Labor Day weekend. My experience with Roto Router from initial contact to the very end of the visit by one of their technicians (2 1/2 hours of work by LeMar) was "great" which in more detail means "empathetic, timely, clearly presented, transparent, efficient". Would have no trouble recommending them to others. Note: nothing is inexpensive these days but it pays to work with people who have both the proper equipment and know how it takes to address your problem.

I'm delighted with the plumbing services offered by Chris and his Roto Rooter team! They provided a courtesy call, explained the services thoroughly beforehand, ensured my understanding, and were transparent about the cost. Additionally, they offered aftercare tips and a warranty. Thank you!

The whole process was very easy to use from setting up online for an appointment to having the technician come onsite for the work itself. Lamar, the tech, was very personable and explained everything so we understood most of it and was very patient with us when we had questions.

Nathan WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! HE WAS SUPER PROFESSIONAL. HE DID A GREAT JOB WITH EVERYTHING. MY WEEK WAS GOING DOWN HILL AND HE MADE MY LIFE SO MUCH BETTER. He was super positive, very friendly, and was very knowledgeable in everything that he was doing. He explained everything he would have to do and kept me up to date with the process. I am so happy that he was the person to fix the disaster in my basement. We had sewage coming up but not anymore.

Most companies wanted to charge an additional fee for working on the weekend, Roto Rooter provided weekend appointments and time slots instead of making me take the whole day for a small service. Very knowledgeable technician was friendly and helped me decide on a good service package without trying to price gouge or upsell me with stuff I didn't need. I was very happy with the service provided and will be using them for future projects.

Matt was great! Super friendly, knowledgeable, addressed all our concerns, gave helpful advice and genuinely seemed to care and want to help! I was a little hesitant about calling out a big company as I figured they’d give some ridiculous price but that wasn’t the case at all! I will 100% be going exclusively to Roto Rooter from now on for plumbing services!

Also I didn’t get her name but I had called to check and see if someone was still coming out today and the women on the phone was very sweet and helpful as well!

Blake did an exceptional job! He went the extra mile to thoroughly explain and demonstrate each step of the process. If I ever need Roto-Rooter’s services in the future, I’ll be sure to request Blake. I highly recommend!

Very happy with the way Josh handled our blocked drain. I especially appreciate the time taken to educate us about what was happening, as well as making sure we knew how much it might cost before we committed to having the work done. All was restored to normal, very proficiently and professionally.

Zack came to our house at 3 in the morning to find and fix a clogged drain in my basement that pretty much flooded. He was most respectful , polite person to ever do work at my house. What we thought was a disaster, he kept calm and us calm and found our problem. .would recommend him to everyone!!! Rotoruder is lucky to have such a great employee, and we were lucky to have him to help.

Blake was our technician. He was very professional and even wore a mask. He explained all of our options to get our drain cleaned and gave us recommendations so we don’t have future plumbing issues. He gave us a good rate compared to other places and even hooked up us with a coupon on top of it! It was super easy to call and contact RotoRooter also. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience. Less than 24 hours after I scheduled the appointment online, the Roto Rooter plumber came to my house and solved the problem quickly and professionally. Very pleased, and I recommend them highly.

These guys know what their doing! They replaced our sump pump a few months ago. Automatic warranty on parts and labor. This week we had an issue and the "callback" repair was free. Their customer service is solid. Always professional and will do anything to get the job done. Thank you Al and Carlos!

Roto-Rooter showed up exactly on time…and the technician, Robert “Red” Radke, knocked out that blockage between our house and the street very quickly. He was funny, pleasant, and helpful while also getting the job done. We are thoroughly pleased with the service we received.

I called Roto-Rooter because I had a clogged drain. They sent Willie who was very Professional and Knowledgeable in his job. I appreciate him walking me through the process because I never had this happen before. I would highly recommend this company and Willie deserve a raise !!!!

Had an excellent service call today pertaining to my clogged drain. Red arrived within 40 minutes of my call. He was very thorough in examining the possible locations of the clogs and in explaining what he found. Then he gave me three options. I chose to have him snake out the problem. And within an hour my drain was working again.

Lamar was absolutely great! We were in need of a last minute plumber before closing on our home and Roto-Rooter was able to get me in within a few hours of my call unlike the other few companies I had tried. Lamar was very friendly, and was able to walk me through the steps he was going to take to snake our plumbing. 10/10 would recommend!

We had Chris S out today to look at our sump pump and drain. He was incredibly kind and thorough, and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend! My husband and I would not hesitate to call him for service in the future.

Blake was great! Called Roto because drain in basement was backed up. Blake came in and was informative on what options he could provide and what was best for us. He took care of the issue quick! Nate from Roto-Rooter was fantastic. Very personable and professional. Took his time to properly evaluate our situation and offer us our best options and answer all of our questions. Did not try to push us to spend tons of money when it wasn’t needed. Would definitely recommend to friends or family.

My family has used Roto Rooter for a lot over the last couple years. From running a whole new sewer line (last year), installing a sump pump in the basement (this year) to fixing some leaks and installing a new faucet (two weeks ago). Each time they have been professional, clean and super efficient. They detailed the options for each job and did what was selected. Mark came out to my mom's two weeks ago to fix a couple leaks and change her faucet. She found him to be super professional, courteous and all around awesome. He cleaned up any messes made and it looked like he had never been there when he finished. Before leaving her, he stopped and asked her if there was anything else she needed him to look at before he left. Before him, Kyle came out to assess the damage to see if additional services would be warranted. Each of them were patient and kind answering all of her questions politely and professionally. The leaks are gone and her faucet running as it should. Job well done.
