I used the online service request and got a call back within a couple hours. The service tech was out to my house on a Sunday morning within an hour of my initial call. Service tech Matt was prompt, friendly and did a thorough job removing a tough clog from my kitchen drain. Will definitely use Roto Router again! Thanks for your help!

Blake was able to quickly and efficiently assess our problems and provide the services and repairs we needed in a reasonable amount of time. His explanations were thorough, and his demeanor was very kind and enjoyable. Blake provided my grandmother with her senior discount without hesitation and walked her through every bit of paperwork to make sure she was clear about everything. He was pleasant even after doing the work and dodging a thunderstorm that rolled in. I highly recommend Blake and Roto Rooter!

We had a drain clog in our basement right at the end of the workday…sewage backing up right onto our basement floor. I called a few places, no one could come out today, I tried Roto-Rooter and they were able to send someone within an hour (no extra fee)! Our plumber, Blake was great! We are so thankful for his kindness and expertise. He said he was confident he could not only take care of our problem but within 30 minutes and he didn’t disappoint! He gave us a few recommendations but they just weren’t in the budget at the moment but we’ll definitely follow up and ask for Blake! We would highly recommend! Thank you, Blake and Roto-Rooter!

The man I had for repairs (can't remember his name) was very polite and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him. He explained things well. He found my problem and fixed it quickly! He also gave me advice for the future which was awesome! Then his supervisor came to check out the work he had done and was also very knowledgeable in the plumbing industry so I felt very good about choosing Roto Rooter 😊

I received very prompt and professional service from Root-Rooter. Joe arrived on time, methodically assessed the problem, and he exceeded my expectations by cleaning waste line repeatedly until he was comfortable water flowed without obstruction. This was a hundred foot run, and a fair amount of work was required. I am very happy with the service provided and will use RR Plumbing again if the need arises. Good job, Joe!

Willie was great help. Very thorough and honest with what was going on. Prices are a little higher but they provide a warranty for work (consult them first to see if your situation qualifies for a warranty after the work is done). Honesty goes a long way and there was no fluff or nonsense when dealing with Willie. The work provided met my expectations. Very happy with the work provided and the team member, Willie, who did the work.

I had another great experience with Roto-Rooter. They’ve done a lot of work for me over the years. Eric, Neil and today’s technician was Willie Stevenson. He showed up on time, was friendly, answered all my questions and did a great job. I’m very pleased with all the work done today.

Roto Rooter gets two stars for succesffuly completing the job, and lsoes 3 stars for absolutely ripping me off on the price of the services / products.

I received three products for this service visit, those being (1) a sump pump, (2) a backflow valve replacement, and (3) a "stand" for the sump pump to sit on and be leveated from the bottom of the pit. The sump pump itself, on a bad day, is a $200 sump pump. The backflow valve, if I'm being extremely generous, is $50. The "stand" (which I did not see, was not shown, and could not see in the pit under the pump, meaning it was certainly quite small) was allegedly $116, according to Roto Rooter.

So, being very generous and assuming all of these items "cost" these higher-than-average prices, I was looking at $366 in total product. Keep in mind, Roto Rooter CERTAINLY gets their parts at wholesale prices for less.

There was nothing particularly complicated ot difficult about this sump pump replacement. Old one out, new one in. No unusual setup, not hard to access, nothing in the way.

They "graciously" gave me a $50 discount on my total bill, bringing the final total down from $1,300 to $1,250. So, we're looking at about $1k for an hour's worth of labor on a simple job.

The reality is, this company absolutely melts your face off when it comes to price. You should absolutely not use them unless you are experiencing an emergency / disaster and have no other options. They quoted my mother for a much larger job, and, long story short, what they quoted for $14,000 was successfully completed by another plumber and passed city inspection for $6,000.

I am very fortunate to have the funds available to "take the hit" simply because I didn't want to deal with calling out another plumber, but I swore to myself I would absolutely write this review upon service completion and would make sure that, even though I got ripped off today, I could hopefully save someone else in the world from getting ripped off, too.

My healf-hearted positive feedback is that the servceman they sent out was very pleasant to interact with. I can only hope this is because, of the giant pile of money they took from me, he's getting a decent cut.

Fantastic service! Doing laundry on Sunday afternoon I found out that my kitchen branch line had become completely clogged and any new water coming in just backed up to start flooding my kitchen. I called Roto-Rooter right away, and they were able to send someone out the next day to take care of it. Matt was great, professional, and extremely thorough: not only did he snake and clear the line, but he checked after to make sure it was taken care of -- and when he started hearing gurgling from the drain again, he did the whole process over to make sure it really was good to go! I appreciate both the hard work and the extra effort to make sure the problem was resolved. If I have any other issues, I'll definitely call again!

I have been having issues for longer than I should have allowed with my bathroom. I was told my tech would be out between 10-2pm with a call when they were heading out. I got a call and was told they'd arrive around 1015am. They did. Blake came in and from the beginning was very professional, courteous, and informative. He made sure I understood all of my options with what I could do and what was within my budget. He was transparent with pricing, gave excellent suggestions, and has a genuine through knowledge to do the job and do it right. He kept me informed with every step. When we ran into an unforseen issue, he again stopped to explain EVERYTHING and give me options. The entire time, he was friendly, so nice, and helpful. He explained with each option, what the immediate outcome vs long term outcomes could possibly be for each. Blake never once pressured me into something or spoke to me like I was stupid or made the wrong choices. He fully understood me, my situation, and my budget restrictions. Needless to say, I recommend them 100%, especially if their employees are all like Blake. He went above and beyond!

Everyone I dealt with from the initial call to the service technician was professional. I like that they sent a project manager out before the service call as a courtesy to see if I needed help with clean-up. I thought that was very good customer service. There was a delay in getting the technician to the house but they communicated with me until he was there. Again, good customer service. And my service technician, Joe R. was top notch! A very nice guy, put up with a lot of my questions, I felt at ease dealing with him, it was just an overall great experience. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again and hope that Joe R. Is my service technician!

Robert (Red) came to my house to snake my main drain. He was fantastic! I had just had the main drain snaked a few weeks prior by a different company & it backed up again. Turns out the first company misdiagnosed the issue saying it was tree roots. Robert got thru the 'soft' blockage & all is well!! He was excellent at explaining everything. He was extremely courteous & friendly. I would definitely recommend him & use Roto Rooter again if needed.

This company is a liar and a scammer. Sitting at my dining room table, I informed the representative that if I have signed anything that says that a check from my insurance company will go directly to you all, what is known as an assignment of benefits, then I do not want that to happen and please rip that document. The representative said I did not. The representative specifically did not give me a copy of that signed document but gave me copies of everything else. The representative lied to me his name is Dave Villanue And he said that I did not sign anything like that. He said that I could still work with Roto-Rooter if I did not sign something like that. I talked to my insurance company and I did sign an AOB. When going over the paperwork, they lie to you and tell you what the paperwork is for - READ READ read everything. Read everything. This business is not here for the homeowner. I had Roto-Rooter come back out because they did not fix the job. I was told that things were under warranty. Now because I will not be working with them everything is changing even on work I paid 1.3k for. Do not trust anything this company says. Trust them as far as you can throw them. My recommendation go somewhere else. Call somebody else. Do yourself THAT FAVOR.

I was fortunate to have Bill Hurley from Roto-Rooter come out to my house and fix a problem that 3 other individuals could not figure out. He was professional, personable, very knowledgeable and took some time to explain other questions I had. I am more than glad I called Roto-Rooter. Thank you Bill and Roto-Rooter!

I feel like I got ripped off. I paid for clean out which wasn't successful. Once you see the snake is blocked you should pull it back out. Charge a service fee, because technically the clean out wasn't a success. I paid 355 for nothing. Went through out side drain didn't touch nothing in the basement because he didn't know which drain to choose. I asked what should be recommended. Of course their assessments are actual assessments its guessing games. It would of made since to offer me the camera first to see if its something blocking before doing a dummy mission. The technician was professional i cant take that from him. It's the company rules which is a money grab

We chose Roto Rooter because family and friends said they were honest and trustworthy and do not push you to spend more. Joe was our service technician and he was very professional, and left my basement cleaner than it was before he came. We had to reschedule due to high demand which I understood so the very nice receptionist Andria put me on high priority for the following day.
Today I had the pleasure of having Matt as my service tech. My sewage drain has been backing up constantly over the last week or so and he was able to find a solution after almost what felt like hours of trying. Most people would've quit after a few failed attempts and hitting your head twice, but Matt did not. My biggest fear was having to pay Mr Rooter and still have a flood in my basement but due to Matt's great service, advice, and tunnel vision those fears are no longer. Thank you Matt and thank you Mr Rooter for the service you provide me and my community.

James Biondo replaced pipes and floor drains in my basement it was a big job. He also used jets to clean the drains. I will use Roto Rooter for all my plumbing needs. The other two guys Anthony and Eric Smith are fast and efficient they left my basement floor clean. I will recommend Roto Rooter to anyone because in my experience they were very knowledgeable and professional Company.
