10-2 widow... no show. called twice - just excuses. asked if the failure would result in discount - No! People set aside and wait a half a day for these No Shows!

Paid $79 for a “service call” that amounted to the plumber looking at the manufacture date on my water heater and leaving. No diagnostic work was performed no panels opened, no elements checked, no troubleshooting.

When I explained that I needed a professional assessment to determine which component was failing, I was questioned by manager over the phone about whether I planned to use another company for repairs, which was inappropriate and irrelevant. I hired them for a diagnosis, not a calendar lookup.

They refused a refund, calling it a “travel fee” rather than a service fee which feels like wordplay to avoid responsibility.

RUN to the BBB SITE AND CHECK THEIR REVIEWS!!! we are currently working with Roto Rooter and it has been a nightmare from the first interaction. We had a pipe bust in a tenant property. It caused damage of course so they say hey we do water loss prevention, clean up tear out and we work directly with insurance. Sounds good right! So insurances comes out they look at the pipe and the damage that has occurred and he calls us and say yep it’s a busted pipe. So the tenant has two bathrooms they go in without my knowledge of any type of game plan and tear out everything both bathrooms at the same time without any restroom for the tenant and her kids. Take in mind they never called and discussed any kind of plan. We would have never agreed to them taking out both bathrooms ultimately leaving the tenant and her kids displaced WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. I called the manager all day no answer, reached out to several numbers until finally he calls. He gets on the phone and was fully unaware aware they took out both bathrooms and assured me he was heading over to get it figured out. 7pm the tenant calls and says no one ever showed up and we have not had anything bathroom since 2pm. They waited for them to show up because that’s what was explained to me on the phone. So she thought her kids were going to be able to stay in their home. Now she has to hurry up and pack up what she can because she can’t stay in their home. Roto rooter left them hanging without any plan of action. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! It has been the most unorganized and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I will continue to call and email up the line until this is corrected I’m disgusted with how this has been handled. To think they packed up and left that woman in that home with no bathroom and went home to their space comfortable. I will write BBB, I will write corporate, I will leave reviews everywhere I can l. This is completely unacceptable. I absolutely hate companies that ride on the backs of consumers without any remorse. Please do yourself a favor and go on BBB site and check their reviews I wish I did the same before I decided to work with them. NEVER AGAIN!

EDIT!! NO I WILL NOT TAKE IT DOWN, EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID IS FACTS. THE FACT STILL REMAINS THAT YOUR COMPANY DID NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL AND YOU LEFT MY TENANT AND HER KIDS WITHOUT A HOME. I HAVE LOST SLEEP, RESOURCES & TIME TRYING TO RECTIFY THIS MESS YOUR COMPANY CAUSED. YOUR COMMENT SHOWS AN EXTREME LACK OF EMPATHY WHICH IS WHY WE ARE IN THIS MESS IN THE FIRST PLACE. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY!. I hope I motivate others to come forward.

RUN! Do yourself a favor and check the Better Business Bureau site and check google or any other site to see the companies' reviews. You don't have to just take my word for it; the customers are speaking out. This company has a reputation for overcharging and inflating prices, especially when insurance is involved. They recently tore out two of my bathrooms without authorization, then claimed they left due to structural damage—damage they only “found” after demolishing my bathrooms without permission. That excuse is just a cover-up for what they did. If you need work done on your home, don’t make the same mistake I did. Check Google reviews, the BBB, social media, and thoroughly vet these companies. They’re crooks who will overcharge and take advantage of you. We’ve contacted the owners multiple times, so I feel it’s my duty to warn future clients about their predatory practices. The great thing about the internet is that word travels fast, and I plan to use every bit of it until the owners admit their wrongdoing and make things right. I’ve included a picture of how they left my home—did I mention this all started from a busted pipe? I welcome the owners to publicly explain exactly when we authorized them to do this work, and when they reached out to us to say this is what we recommend because privately, they have yet to make sense of it.

Ripped me off. Didn't complete the job...kept saying they were coming out to finish job for a week...each time no call, no show.

Plumber came out to fix my pipe under my kitchen sink and he did a good job

They responded immediately on a Sunday. The plumber that came Willie was excellent, every professional and efficient

Yaa Those people aren't professional service provider,Not also Perfect repair and installer on plumbing. They are very slow service provider. I didn’t recommended their service.

I wish I could give no stars the woman that answer unprofessional noise the back when answer quoted me 125.00 when the plumbers came they wanted 180.00 stating they sub contractors I told them they need to quote the right price .

They came, got the drain clear. There was a piece of old snake down in the drain. They got that out, Then disinfected it. They did a wonderful job.

They got the water out fast and prevented further damage to my floors.

If i could give them no stars i would. Owner Al Bell came out gave me an esimate said he could get my drains clear and running. Next week he had a contractor come, Mike, who also brought along his cousin. This man couldn't even find the main drain. After i showed him, he ended up damaging the valve to turn it off. Somehow he increased the price saying i had more damage then first was said. After he left i noticed a pipe was like he tried to seal wit a bag.. He also left major gaps between the fixures. He came back out sealed the pipe and said he had to get so sealant for the fixure. Never came back. Drains are still backing up. Fixture still raggedy. Mr bell said he fired mike however would charge me more to repair what his contractor damaged and didn't repair. Currently in talks with the BBB. Ive added 4 pics of their horrible job

The plumbers were professional and friendly. The were on time and knowledgeable. And the price was very reasonable. I would use this company again.

The owner, Al took excellent care of our problem. We had an emergency situation and he was very patient. We will be calling him again when needed!

I was very disappointed in service. I called and the plumbers came out...they performed the service and I paid them. However, there was still an issue, and I called back a second time to have my drain looked at again and there was no answer. When I received a call back, Demteruis answered, and he stated that he would be out to look over his guys work, and he never showed up. I even texted him as well. Needless to say I had to call another company to finish the job!!!

Called 20 Plumbing Companies On Christmas Eve To No Avail. Then Finally, This Company Came To Save My Christmas Eve. Very Respectful, Timely, Knowledgeable & Very Reasonable Prices. I Can’t Say, Thank You Enough!! I Will Definitely Keep Using This Company As Needed. Check Em Out If You Haven’t.

The owner was so pleasant and professional. His team was as well! They did a fantastic job on cleaning my shower drain. Jeron and the gentleman that assisted him were very quick and the very definition of professionals.

Did a very good job. Clean up the mess and really nice company. Made sure the job was completed in one day. The cost was high but it is the maintenance in your home that counts. I appreciate it
